Isabelle was born in France and raised in Germany. She lost her mom at the age ofsix and lived first with her aunt and her dad and his girlfriend. She had to grow upfast. After high school she was a nanny in Nj, Texas And Florida, met her futurespouse, broke up her pediatric nursing training and moved to the US at age 21.She became a physical therapist assistant and then a stay at home mom to her 6children. They are now 14-26 years of age. Her parenting style wasn’t working, butwith the help of a coach, she was able to transform her family life. That’s when sheknew she had to become a coach and pass on the magic to others. She now helpspeople create healthier relationships, starting with themselves.She is certified through Live inspired now coach training, the Gottman institute andBuilding Connected Communities. She loves to learn all things in the selfdevelopment world, then make it concise and pass it on with lots of her lifeexperiences.They uprooted their big family in 2016 to move to Florida. She loves to be withpeople and enjoys being outside.She feels that she hit the jackpot with her life coaching tools, because she can nowtake and process anything life throws at her and stay calm and centered.

Hospital Corpsman Navy Veteran, Nichole Lopez, has spent the last 20 years exploring different career options. From working at grocery stores, hospitals, daycares, remodeling, and even law; she has learned one absolute true truth about herself, she LOVES helping others. Graduating from Missouri State University with her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Spanish Studies and two minors, Art & Linguistics may not make her fully qualified to run or operate a business, but it did however, open her mind to new possibilities about cultures that she has not yet had the opportunity to experience yet. Along with her military career, motherhood, and her college studies; she has been on a path of exploration and discovery.

Mindy grew up on an estate in Suffolk County, Long Island New York where her father was employed as a caretaker/ chauffer and her mother was the household chamber maid. As victims of domestic and sexual abuse at the hands of her father, she and her mother and brother were forced to leave the estate and lived on welfare while her mother worked cash jobs to provide for them. She left home at the age of 17 and had a very tumultuous couple of years before she landed on her feet and returned home. Since then Mindy has held a variety of successful careers and has been married 6 times! She is currently an award winning REALTOR® and happily married to the love of her life. She and her husband live in North Port Florida and are caring for her mother Audrey.

Stephanie Paula Dluzneski was born and raised in New York City. She studied to become a registered nurse and specialized in Pediatrics/Neonatal nursing at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in New York City. Stephanie and her husband John decided to relocate to Florida due to her husband’s work. She still maintained her nursing career working in Pediatrics in Orlando, Florida. Stephanie became pregnant in Orlando with the first of 3 boys who now range in age from 23 to 33 years old. Stephanie over the years has worked at various nursing positions. She started the nursing clinic at the newly opened Island Village Montessori School in Venice, Florida, which allowed her to also be closer to her children. Stephanie had various other jobs with nursing part-time, but something seemed to be missing. When her eldest sons were away at college, she decided to try a new, more fulfilling career path. Stephanie had always struggled with her weight fluctuations throughout her life. She was a lifetime member of Weight Watchers and attended meetings religiously. She also tried many other diet and wellness plans which did not work for her. After a chance encounter with an Optavia coach at a Sarasota Crew meet, she decided to start their program. Stephanie actually lost 30 pounds while on this plan; she fell in love with the program and the new way she felt. She decided to share this precious gift with others that were also struggling with health and weight issues. Stephanie has become a successful Optavia coach and has kept her own weight off for 9 years. She now spends full time helping others achieve their health goals. She now also belongs to a team of health coaches whose mission is to bring an end to the obesity crisis facing America. Stephanie in her spare time loves to knit and needlepoint. Stephanie most importantly is extremely passionate about helping others be the best version of themselves that they can be.

Born and raised in New York; Helen attended undergraduate school at Brandeis University in Waltham Massachusetts1986; Masters in secondary education from Adelphi University 1992. She worked as a paralegal in New York City for 12 years prior to moving to Florida in 1997. She has been teacher for the Sarasota County schools since 1997. Her biggest struggle since childhood has been the need to be perfect all the time. Definitely a hard habit to break but it is something that pushes her and drives her to work hard. She’s currently working on a second masters from Stetson University College of Law and studying healthcare compliance. Additionally she is applying to law school for fall semester 2021. Started a network marketing business About two years ago she started her own network marketing business with a luxury skincare and make up line that she is very passionate about. She’s always tried to be a good citizen whether it’s helping a neighbor or a friend or even a stranger and she hopes to become an advocate for people who don’t Know how to speak up for themselves, She’d like to practice law in healthcare, elder law, compliance sort of direction.

Worked as a Graphic Artist & Floral Designer. Earned design degree from the Interior Designers Institute in Newport Beach, CA. Her work on the 2015 Decorators Showhouse in Buffalo, NY, was published in Design NY Magazine, & was featured on local TV & radio shows. She began to specialize in decor & design when she created pieces for the WNY Festival of Trees in 2015 & 2016, winning Best New Designer & Best Wreath, respectively. Moved to Venice in 2017, and began to build a following in Sarasota County.
