Can you confirm exactly what Quintana hit to break both of his wheels? Cycling Weekly quotes Quintana as saying “I hit a speed bump right before of the safety zone of the last three kilometres,” If it was a speed bump, I hope he uses different rims for Stage 9. Nb. Broken wheels are not an issue with Swift 😜
