Natalie Matthews is Teaching and Learning Lead at La Sainte Union School and has worked in the SEND Department circa 7 years. She has taken part in the Camden Teaching Assistant Hub and has delivered whole school INSET and new staff training on the role of the TA. Natalie is also the Access Arrangements Lead after gaining her Level 7 Certificate in Psychometric Testing, Assessment and Access Arrangements in 2019.

Discussion with Dr Cathleen Halligan, from the Camden Educational Psychology Service. Dr Cat Halligan is an Educational Psychologist (EP) for Camden and is the link EP for LSU. As well as other mainstream schools in the borough, Cat also works with specialist provisions for students with social, emotional and mental health difficulties. Before becoming an EP, Cat was an English and Psychology teacher at a secondary school in West London and has also worked as a mentor for new teachers.
