It's best to avoid them within 3 to 8 hours of bedtime to prevent interference with your sleep quality.Optimize Your Sleep Environment: Transform your bedroom into a sleep sanctuary by keeping it cool, ideally in the mid-60s Fahrenheit, and ensuring it is as dark as possible.Focus on Feeling, Not Just Numbers: If you're tracking your sleep, pay more attention to how rested and functional you feel during the day rather than fixating solely on the data. Finding a sustainable approach to fitness and health can be tricky. Everyone seems to have an opinion on what works and what doesn’t, but I’ve found that sticking to something that feels good, rather than restrictive, is key. The whole “intuitive eating” approach makes a lot of sense, and I've personally experienced the benefits of listening to my body instead of following strict diets. That being said, if you're also looking for solid workout routines that complement this, I highly recommend checking out Beachbody reviews https://beachbody.pissedconsumer.com/review.html It really helped me balance my fitness journey without feeling like I’m missing out on anything!
