With the release of season 2 of SOWTS and the new episode Welcome Back 2022, we dive into the anticipated conversation of why I left my church of 27 years. After years of being faithful and loyal to this organization, I had made the decision that it was time to step away and start on a new path. Although there were a lot of things that happened that help me consider the change, I ultimately followed peace.  Please know this is just an introduction to this conversation and only a Part 1. These episodes are coming from a good place, a place of understanding, and truth, but also to bring awareness. Hopefully, I was able to clearly articulate my experience and it is thought-provoking enough to begin some good conversations. Please enjoy and REASONS WHY I LEFT-PART 2 will be coming soon.
