[00:00:21] Laadi Ojas: My name is Laadi Ojas. Welcome to Skeletal Leap: A Living Adventure. Skeletal Leap transforms one’s life into a personal heaven. Today’s episode will introduce you to what all you are going to get out of this entire podcast and how it will enable you to create your personal heaven for yourself in life like I created mine. Skeletal Leap, the mind body connection for mind and body healing is a giant leap that our skeleton can take through the way it postures itself and adopts the said posture as its first nature for good. It can easily do so through maneuvering its various joints dynamically in a specific manner. ‘Dynamically’ means while making all kinds of movements which it needs to make during the course of our daily chores. Even when our body is static without making any moves, it needs to maintain the said maneuvers. [00:01:26] Laadi Ojas: It applies to all kinds of static postures and dynamic movements, including lying down, sitting, standing, walking, jogging, running, diving, relaxing, exercising, cooking, eating, drinking, excreting, and even having sex. I underwent an arduous journey through unearthing the most promising skeletal codes, starting with a miracle that I coincidentally stumbled upon many years ago. In fact, I was a myope born with a myopic eye needing a -5 diopter powered lens on one of my eyes, which later spontaneously turned to -2.25 diopter on both my eyes slowly and gradually over the years by the age of 20. But at the age of 53, the said miracle instantly started showing me everything crystal clear in the field of my vision far and wide. It took me quite a few years to analyze the said miracle fully, and then a few more to consciously expand it to its associated miracles, turning the entire set of those analyses into a feasible action plan that works as an instant panacea activated via easy to follow skeletal codes. [00:02:47] Laadi Ojas: Although these are easy to follow codes, they do take some time to make themselves your first nature of how you habitually posture your skeleton dynamically at its various movable joints. As I said, I had stumbled upon this miracle many years ago, coincidentally. It took me quite a few years to analyze it fully, and then a few more to turn the results of my analysis into a feasible action plan. [00:03:17] Laadi Ojas: And now Skeletal Leap is that feasible action plan. The materialistic approach strictly follows the scientific framework through all the knowledge that science has accumulated about life up till now. But since life is an extraordinarily complex phenomenon, science has not yet been able to solve it in its entirety. [00:04:20] Laadi Ojas: One such vitalistic hypothesis that I came across tended to explain a lot about the miracle I had stumbled upon. But unfortunately, this entire discipline was laden with all the cock and bull stories being propagated more than the real genuine stuff it was essentially built upon. It’s an ancient system of knowledge popularly known as the Chakra Discipline. Under its basic essential structure, it tended to explain the phenomenon of the miracle I had stumbled upon. But so much of fluff had been added to it that it turned into an esoteric mysticism which no one really understood and kept propagating it as a rhetoric more than the real content. [00:05:10] Laadi Ojas: I had to sieve the wheat from the chaff, which I did. In doing so, I was luckily able to make another discovery that tended to bring this hypothesis closer to materialistic approach than its original vitalistic concept. In its vitalistic conception, it had spoken of seven chakras being a part of what it called the ethereal body which had no scientific proof of its existence. [00:05:40] Laadi Ojas: On this premise, it asserted that these seven chakras were the seven centers of energy, the said energy being the life energy imbibing matter with life. It also asserted that they could either be closed or open. [00:05:58] Laadi Ojas: When closed, they were said to be blocking the flow of this life energy through an ethereal nerve named Sushumna from the lowest chakra to the highest one. When open, they simply didn’t block the flow of the said energy named Kundalini through the said ethereal nerve, rendering the person concerned with an abundance of energy at their disposal. Surprisingly, I was able to find something quite parallel to the flow of bioenergy through a physical nerve named the vagus nerve, meant to communicate between the gut, that’s also called the second brain at the location of the lowest chakra, and the brain, at the location of the highest chakra. When the communication which is mostly directed from the gut to the brain is smooth, the nervous system works the most efficiently rendering the person concerned with an abundance of energy at their disposal. It was not a casually trivial similarity, and hence it encouraged me to look for the existence of the said seven chakras in the physical body as such. Luckily, I was able to precisely locate their source very much in the physical body decisively. [00:07:17] Laadi Ojas: I discovered that they came into existence via skeletal joints postured in a compromised manner, negatively affecting the associated muscles, nerves - comprising primarily the branches of the vagus nerve, and blood vessels. [00:07:34] Laadi Ojas: It resulted in blocking free flow of communication between the gut and the brain, compromising the entire physiology rendering it seriously devoid of biological energy at the disposal of the person concerned. [00:07:50] Laadi Ojas: And in doing so, I wasn’t just hypothesizing, but was getting an instant physiological feedback as I experimented with my discovery of the new skeletal chakras via skeletal joints postured in a compromised manner. My testing ground was my experiment with my own compromised eyesight, which I was trying to instantly correct through opening the two skeletal chakras in the skull, namely the third eye chakra and the crown chakra. The experiment worked and it proved my hypothesis of chakras being skeletal in their origin of existence in the physical body alone. It was a miracle, so to say. I mastered the discipline and ventured into my Skeletal Leap. It not only corrected my eyesight spontaneously but also healed all lifestyle diseases, working as a miraculous panacea. This created a personal heaven for me in my life with a way more energetic body, mind and spirit at my disposal. It also increased my immunity to acute diseases manifold. Once I created my own personal heaven, my passion made it my mission to spread the word so that everyone around was able to create their own personal heavens as well. And I am confident enough that once you take your skeletal leap, your passion will automatically make it your mission too. The mission may spread like wildfire sooner than later. It has the power to address not only our personal concerns, but our social ills as well. It sends a shiver up my spine when I imagine everyone’s passion making it everyone’s mission! In this podcast, I have not merely given this plan as a simple set of instructions to blindly follow without really understanding the insights behind them, and the best way to do so is to share my memoir of

[00:00:22] My name is Ladi Ojas. [00:00:25] Welcome to Skeletal Leap. A Living Adventure! [00:00:29] Skeletal Leap transforms one's life into a personal heaven. [00:00:35] Today's episode will tell you how I coincidentally stumbled upon an instant miracle that changed my life forever as it turned into the seed that grew this huge tree of Skeletal Leap, promising a heaven on earth. [00:00:49] In fact, I will be sharing a bit of my past life that made this coincidental stumble so important for me to analyze it in its absolute depth. [00:01:01] I couldn't believe my eyes as they instantly started seeing crystal clear, far and wide. [00:01:08] It was miraculous, rather magical. [00:01:12] Let me first tell you the background of what suddenly had happened to me and where and when. [00:01:19] I was born and brought up in Mussoorie, a hill station in the Himalayas situated in the state named Uttarakhand in India. [00:01:29] At age 6, I was admitted to my first school. There I soon discovered that I wasn't able to read what the teacher had written on the blackboard with my one eye closed. [00:01:42] The other eye, however, could read it perfectly well. [00:01:47] I shared this info with my parents who took me to an optometrist. He checked my eyesight for distant vision and ascertained that my left eye needed a concave lens of power -5 diopter. [00:02:00] The right eye needed none. It was fine having 20-20 vision without any lens on it. [00:02:07] The next day he handed me a pair of spectacles with a -5 diopter lens for the left eye and and a plain glass fitted for the right. [00:02:17] He warned my parents that I should always keep wearing my spectacles, otherwise my vision could go worse. [00:02:25] I wore those glasses for one full day at school, but by the evening I started feeling uncomfortable with them. [00:02:33] I quietly put them in a drawer of my study table and went playing with my friends. [00:02:39] As my Overall sight was 20-20 courtesy my right eye, I didn't find any problem. [00:02:45] I also quietly decided I wouldn't take my glasses to school as well. [00:02:51] My parents reminded me once or twice, fearing my eyesight could go worse as the optometrist had warned. But when I didn't pay heed to them, they didn't take it much seriously too. [00:03:04] My maternal uncle, a bodybuilder cum a boxer cum an athlete, who was also an extremely health conscious person, had his both eyes fitted with -5 diopter lenses on them. [00:03:18] I used to see him trying all kinds of the so called natural methods to correct his eyesight without any success all his life. [00:03:28] But it instilled a bug in my mind that it might be possible. Anyway, even if it was, it must have been shrouded in the mysterious details of the said natural methods. [00:03:42] Fast forward... I stayed in the same school for 12 years. [00:03:47] After that, I joined an engineering course in Roorkee University (IIT Roorkee now). the classrooms there were much bigger than those in my old school. [00:03:59] I felt a little short of sight from that much distance, but it was fine when I changed my seat to a bench in the first row. [00:04:08] I completed four years of my engineering and immediately after passing out, I got a job in Defense Research and Development Organization as a scientist before I turned 21. My posting was done at Defense Electronics Research Laboratory in Hyderabad. But I was supposed to get my medical examination done in Bhopal before I could join my job in Hyderabad. I was instructed likewise. I reached Bhopal and reported at the scheduled government hospital for my medical examination. [00:04:43] I was already aware that my eyesight would show a correction of -5 diopter in my left eye and none in the right. [00:04:52] It wasn't an issue and I was ready for it with my corresponding glasses. [00:04:58] But what came out of the eyesight examination just astonished me. [00:05:03] Neither of my eyes was 20-20 anymore. [00:05:06] The left eye that was -5 diopter in my childhood had improved significantly and needed only -2.25 diopter correction now. [00:05:17] But the right eye had worsened, needing a similar -2.25 diopter correction too. [00:05:24] I immediately ordered a new pair of glasses and got through my medical examination. [00:05:31] The ophthalmologist testing my eyes asked me why I didn't use glasses earlier. [00:05:36] I told him I didn't because my right eye was 20-20 before and I was able to see clear with its help. It was only my left eye that had posed a problem then. [00:05:48] "That's what happens when you don't use your prescribed glasses regularly." [00:05:54] "Look how your right eye also developed myopia when you didn't use your glasses for your left eye all these years." [00:06:02] "Had you used them, it would have stayed where it was," he said. [00:06:07] "But my left eye wouldn't have improved from -5 diopter to -2.25 diopter had I done so," I put forward the benefit that not wearing glasses had done to me. [00:06:20] "Was it really minus 5 diopter before?" he looked at me with a doubt in his eyes. I showed him my previous eye examination report along with my glasses in my pocket. [00:06:33] "It never happens so. The eyesight only worsens and never improves in case one stops wearing glasses," [00:06:42] he was astonished at seeing my previous eye examination report in front of him. [00:06:48] "At best it can stay where it is, but that's only the best case scenario. It never spontaneously improves like you are claiming," he added further. "I am not claiming. I just showed you my old report and my old spectacles." [00:07:04] "These are my documents as evidences that I am not lying," [00:07:08] I said. "It's against all research findings that ophthalmology has done today," [00:07:15] the eye doctor wasn't able to explain what I had presented him with. [00:07:21] "Whatever, but my account has been in credit of half a diopter. More than what I lost in my right eye which is 2.25, I gained in my left which is 5.00 – 2.25, it being 2.75," I smiled. Anyway, I got my new pair of glasses the next day and joined my job in Hyderabad a couple days later. [00:07:49] This new pair also went to my study table drawer as I faced no difficulty doing my daily chores including driving with my eyesight at -2.25 diopter in both eyes, more so when I no more needed to read a blackboard or a whiteboard from an extended distance ever in future. [00:08:12] In fact, I lived almost all my life without wearing glasses until I turned 53. [00:08:19] During those 32 years between 21 and 53, there was no change in my eyesight whether positive or negative. It remained stable at -2.25 diopter in both my eyes despite not wearing my glasses all these years. [00:08:39] Inspired in my early childhood by my maternal uncle's passionate though unsuccessful attempts to get rid of his myopia, it remained as a hidden desire in the depth of my mind all through my life. [00:08:53] Even otherwise, I had never liked the very idea of wearing those crutches on my eyes in order to see clear. [00:09:01] Glasses did show me clear, but they always seemed to rob me of my depth of vision like the zoom lenses do in photography. [00:09:11] The world looked less three dimensional with glasses than it looked without them. I could never enjoy receiving that flat visual delivery through lenses on my eyes. [00:09:24] Now there were two conflicting pieces of information available to me. [00:09:29] On one side there was ophthalmology that claimed any eyesight problem
