This episode we give you **drumroll please** my story, part 2! It's a blessing to be able to reflect on this time of my drug addiction with you because I have to be reminded of how DIFFERENT my life was then! Woo, y'all, let me tell you, she was a different girl back then, almost 5 years ago. Enjoy today's episode and, as always, be sure to celebrate yourself today. Sobriety is a gift and you are a blessing. Big love, SAF

Melissa enlightens us with her Buddhist wisdom and high-vibe sober energy! From everything to therapists calling out our drinking problem (ouch!) to getting engaged as a sober woman (f*ck yeah!!) we dig deep into what it means to survive the lows and the highs of life on the wagon.
Hello my sober/sober curious people. We’re back with another episode of Sober As Fuck and I’m so glad you’ve joined us again. Efe is a brilliant woman that I’ve met in recovery and we get into some deep stuff tin this episode, including but not limited to grieving in early sobriety (spoiler alert, you can get through it sober) and some of the fuckboys we were attracted to when we had lower self-esteem in our drinking and using days. But first, I have a big favor to ask of you: If you’re loving the podcast, would you leave us a glowing review on Apple Podcasts? We want to get the message out to anyone who’s looking for help, and even just a couple of words or a good rating will help spread the message. Also, follow us on Instagram @soberasfuckthepodcast and fill your feed with some good sober babe energy. Thanks! And now, here’s Efe.
Brianne has 12 years of recovery in sex and love addiction. On Sober As Fuck we usually talk exclusively about drug and alcohol addiction, but when I found Brianne’s work I had to have her on because SO MANY addicts lose their sobriety because of relationships and sex and love. We dig into exactly that today. Brianne’s service to the sober community is tireless and inspiring, and I think you’ll really get a lot out of this episode. With over a decade of recovery as a sex and love addict, Brianne is the host of the popular mental health podcast “Secret Life.” Brianne’s latest venture in the “Secret Life” brand is her debut novel, “Secret Life of a Hollywood Sex & Love Addict” which released on February 12, 2021 and instantly hit the best-sellers list on Amazon.  Follow Brianne: TikTok @the.briannedavis, Instagram @thebriannedavis, Website https://briannedavis.com/ Secret Life: Instagram @secretlifebook, Amazon Paperback, Website https://secretlifenovel.com/  Secret Life Podcast: Instagram @secretlifepodcast, Apple Podcasts https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/secret-life/id1521171499?i=1000553166265 SLAA Questions: PDF
Welcome to Season 2 of Sober As Fuck The Podcast. I’m KC, your fellow sober human and host of this podcast. I’m so excited for you to listen to Julia’s message in this episode. No one gives mic drop the way Jules does. Her friendship has changed my sobriety for the better and in this episode you’ll see exactly why that is. We unpack a lot about sex in sobriety, mixing drugs and alcohol when we were using, and how worth it it is to work through dark moments in sobriety to reach the light. I hope, wherever you are, you are happy, healthy, and safe. I hope this episode reminds you that no matter where you are in sobriety, you are not alone. Welcome back to another episode of Sober As Fuck! The podcast for womxn getting sober in their 20’s and 30’s. I had a lot of fun catching up with my dear friend Fawna. She’s a deeply inspiring woman. Fawna is an activist, a writer, a mental health advocate, and an emerging sober icon. Her Instagram is in the show notes so you can follow her and find out where you can purchase her autobiography, “Snapped,” once it’s published. Trust me, you’re going to want to buy that book after you hear this episode. Today I have my friend River on the show. I admire River so much. In this episode she speaks so honestly about getting sober at 23, courageously going back to college to finish her degree, and the freedom she’s found in sobriety even in the middle of a pandemic. River inspires me to be more authentic and gracious, and I know they will blow your mind with their wisdom. Here's River's story.  Follow River on Instagram: @cookingbytheriver The Ordinary - Multi-peptide Hair Serum  The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% Hyaluronic Acid   Youth to the People - Kale Cleanser  Overdose Deaths Accelerating During COVID-19  Corrections: Deaths and years of potential life lost from excessive alcohol use - United States, 2011-2015
Today I have my friend Nina on the show. She has almost 1,000 days of sobriety and in that time has bought her first home, closed her business, started her dream job, bought a boat, moved to a new state, experienced a miscarriage sober and is more brave, confident, and grateful than ever. To me, Nina is as shiny as they come, and she couldn’t give a fuck about what you think of her. Here’s Nina’s story.
