Our Emotions if not regulated can hijack our intellect and destroy our lives. They make us unhappy by taking away our peace of mind. Emotions if left unchecked derail our lives - we become discontent, disturbed and disengaged. They disconnect us from our own Self thus making us unstable and unhappy.
Our thoughts define the kind of associations we have and vice versa.
The power to choose our thoughts lies within us. As thoughts are energies, they attract similar kind of energies. Negative thoughts attract negative energies and hence produce negative results. Its important to be aware and choose our thoughts carefully to generate desired results.
Our Mind is The Kalpavriksha - The Wish Fulfilling tree. By channelizing thoughts one can develop the power of manifestation. Thoughts are energies, they are vibrations and stay forever. Controlling them will never yield desired results as control leads to chaos. Through Mindfulness we can develop the ability to Transform our thoughts.
What are Thoughts and what are they made up of? Why do they matter so much? Why should one be Mindful of what they are thinking? Thoughts are extremely powerful as they are vibrations that possess the ability to travel far and create everlasting impact. They have the ability to change the course of our actions and our lives. We eventually Become what we Think.

Self Awareness
What does SELF AWARENESS necessarily mean? What is its significance in our lives? Being Aware makes us more confident as one gains clarity. To KNOW we must be aware - internally as well as externally.
Are you on the verge of energy breakdown? Is there a way to identify your energy pattern? Why is it important to understand How we are spending our energies? By Knowing our energy pattern we can make necessary changes so as to gain maximum benefits through our actions. It is important to analyze our daily routines and see where changes must be made to Conserve our energies and consume them willfully. One becomes more efficient and effective.
A whole lot of energy is wasted in mundane tasks leading to an energy crunch. We can Conserve our energies by simply observing our energy pattern - the way we spend our energies and making small changes to get greater results.
