Saba Reads: my weekend reading project

Welcome to Marshall Garland's "Saba Reads: my weekend reading project". I do these weekly readings for my children and grandchildren. And anyone else who wants to listen!

Sitting QiGong Meditation

This episode of Saba Reads is quite different from the previous ones. This is a reading of Sitting QiGong Meditation from Bill Douglas's book, The Complete Idiot's Guide to Tai Chi and QiGong. I used this as an exercise in my QiGong for Emotional Balance workshop. Find a place where you won't be interrupted for about 20 minutes, sit back, relax, breath, and enjoy being with yourself.
