Women are often encouraged to get married young but boundaries and mental health aren’t included bc the vulnerability of young women is valued more. Our youth deserves more protection, provision and guidance so that generational curses can be broken.
In this episode I gave an in depth look into my traumatic childhood. At one point I was so embarrassed and ashamed to even talk about it. A lot of us in the black community went through a lot as a child and it has impacted our adult lives. I’m truly a survivor and my healing journey has allowed me to finally open up & be transparent. 💕☕️
