Today, he shares his Miracle Tea and discusses the health benefits of the spices involved - here is the recipe: 8 cups purified water 2 Tbl whole Fennel Seed 2 Tbl Whole Coriander Seed 2 Tbl Whole Cumin Seed 1-2 Tbl sliced fresh ginger(optional)   Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil then immediately turn down to a simmer for 9 minutes. Strain in mason jars. Drink warm or cold. Discard herbs and ginger.
