This sounds like a helpful episode for those with anxiety. My unhappiness is due to a present situation that I'm locked into for life. I'd be interested in an episode about how to be happy in spite of living in a bad life situation (bad marriage). Improving myself as a husband, father and person hasnt improved anything. Thanks.
