In this extended episode I sit down with business owner, Chase Jaeger. He opens up about mental health, business, marriage and fatherhood. In a society where men are expected to not share or show emotion, this conversation opens the door to the fact that mental health is something we all deal with.
Today I walk you through the first three steps to creating lasting change in your life: Acknowledgment, Audit, Accountability. Listen in as I offer up my own personal road blocks, goals and how I worked through bridging the gap by applying some of the tools I learned through my Jay Shetty Coaching Certification.
“We’re not Clappin’, We’re Snappin’” with Alex Oliver in the second half of Cliff Notes. In this episode I wrap up the details of my divorce and we hard launch Mr. David Burt aka my ‘fiancé’! Enjoy.
On this episode I sit down with my good friend Alex Oliver. I finally open up about my divorce, childhood trauma and how it all relates to parenting my young daughter. We talk mindfulness and living with intention.
Welcome Back! In Part 2 of this episode, we begin to unpack navigating relationships during times of personal growth. We laugh and we get deep. Enjoy!
Join me as I sit down with Brittany Saliwanchik (owner) of Magnus on Water in Biddeford, Maine. Today we talk about mental and emotional health during times of uncertainty. With a bit of humor, each of us shares a personal story and how we worked through it.
Join me as I sit down with long time friend, Adam Morin, to talk about parenthood, marriage, careers and crook dink.
Grab the tissues for the opening segment because it doesn’t get more real than this.

Accountability and a sense of humor are, in my opinion, two of the most important things to have in life. Enjoy!
Join me as I sit down with Musician, Mike O'Hehir of Coyote Island to discuss life lessons and each of our spiritual journeys to this point. Mike is a very dear friend and a beautiful soul. Be ready to laugh... our conversations are usually ridiculous. Enjoy.
I will never claim to be any kind of expert on anything. But I’ve been through some shit and I’ve learned a few things. I’m just here to let you all know that life is supposed to be messy. And that’s OK. The trick is pour yourself a glass of wine and keep pushing forward.
Join my husband, Dave, and I on our back porch as we dive into our first meeting to now from his point of view. We laugh, share stories and invite you to peek behind the curtain of our relationship. This man is my absolute favorite person and I am so excited introduce him to you all.
Start to finish, this one is insightful and funny. Today I sit down with childhood friend, Magen Mintchev. Magen's story makes you feel like she's really done it all. Ambitious, witty and laid-back is how I like to describe this beautiful soul. So buckle up and enjoy!
Recently, I was going through some of my older episodes and came across Episode 3 - Find The Humor. I had honestly forgotten how hilarious the section is with my Personal Humiliating Stories. So, I've Copied & Pasted that section here to share a quick laugh. Enjoy!
In this episode I sit down with childhood friend and coaching client, Desirae Hennessey. We dive into setting boundaries, changing mindsets and advocating for yourself.
