Do you wonder what the secret is to membership retention? People will tell you about all the tricks and & ploys to entice members into staying another month or another year. But is that what really works? Not really. When people are evaluating whether or not to invest they need to feel like it's the best investment and they'll do that because they get value and feel it. That requires gaining their trust ... but they have to get to know you first.

She doesn't hold back explaining how she keeps her membership going alongside a completely different type of offer, including how she keeps it up-to-date in the ever changing world of social media and what happened she got off Facebook and switched to Circle.
It feels early to be talking about end of the year stuff but I keep circling back to how I'm feeling about it. I'm finally getting my s*%! together as a business owner.
