Scaling Up

It’s the end of an era! Today is a bittersweet day as we say goodbye to something really good to make room for something even better.   Welcome to our last episode of Scaling up…   The show that we’ve grown over the last two and a half years and the community that we’ve fostered that’s turned into something really special.    On today’s final episode, I’m sharing behind the scenes into what’s coming next and why you won’t want to miss it.   I also have some final thoughts that you can take to the bank… literally.   So come with me as we put a cherry on top of this show - because in essence, what we’re doing is exactly why we started this show in the first place - we’re scaling up! We’re going to our next level and I’m challenging you to do the same! www.elizabethhartke.com/podcast/193 Are you looking for a community of entrepreneurs that will teach you how to scale your business AND support you on your journey? Welcome to our very last pep talk!   It’s a simple one. It’s my wish for you as we close down Scaling Up and head into this new podcast that we’re launching.   Are you pursuing what you are being called to?    Not because of where the money is, not because of what the market is calling for, not because of expectations society has placed on you… but because there is no other option. Because you know that if you don’t do it, you will feel like you have failed yourself.   It’s scary and uncertain, and it may go against the norm, but it is for you.   Sometimes we drive ourselves bonkers trying to determine what our true purpose is. The question I always ask myself is: is this for me, or is this bigger than me?   Your true purpose should have an impact that is bigger than just you. www.elizabethhartke.com/podcast/192

We’re coming to the end of an era, folks.   This show has been such a gift to me, and I hope that it has brought value to your life as well.   To commemorate the last few years of Scaling Up, we wanted to do a “Best Of” episode to compile some of our favorite episodes. So if you’re looking for an episode that is going to be loaded with nuggets of gold, this is the episode for you! www.elizabethhartke.com/podcast/191 Are you looking for a community of entrepreneurs that will teach you how to scale your business AND support you on your journey? Today we’re talking about the difference between popularity and leadership. There’s often a misconception that those two words are synonymous, and that couldn’t be further from the truth.   Popularity is not synonymous with leadership, and believing that it is can actually be dangerous. To honor the calling that you have, you have to live within a set of core values. Those core values should serve as your true north.   But if you mistake being popular with being a leader, you might have a bend toward that popularity because it feels good! We all like to be liked.   When you start to sway toward what feels good over what’s right, you move away from that set of values that are truly the stepping stones toward your purpose. Leadership is not always doing what’s popular, but doing what’s right. www.elizabethhartke.com/podcast/190

I have been eagerly awaiting today’s episode with Lorraine Dallmeier!   You are going to get a taste of things that I find to be some of the most critical pieces of the puzzle when it comes to growing a thriving empire and, at the same time, honoring your health in the process.   Lorraine is a rockstar in the online business space. We talk a lot about her journey, the power of hard work, and what it truly takes to stand the test of time. Lorraine understands what it means to build a strong foundation in business for the long haul.   You are not going to want to miss this episode! www.elizabethhartke.com/podcast/189
