Society has deemed the woman’s body as something that should be condemned, disdained, covered, and questioned. How a woman carries herself and how she chooses to dress or express her sexuality isn’t a group discussion. It’s a conversation she has internally.
I learned early in life, that we've been conditioned to keep so many things a secret. And for what reason? Trauma and abuse lives within your body forever, but yet we are silenced. And ridiculed or not believed if we speak up. No more. We're saying this shit and taking back our power. The body never forgets, there is healing in remembering our subconscious wounds and working through them.
