It’s been a long lonely, lonely, lonely time since we originally released NOCTURNAL (as in 13 years!), and we forgot all about the oh-so-bloody epilogue. So here it is, in its red-stained glory. Loopholes closed, characters dispatched, and seeds sown for a someday sequel. Scott takes questions from the Junkies regarding NOCTURNAL Throwback, the GFL, and all things Siglerism. Audio recorded live on a SIGLERinPLACE livestream, so expect the bumps and bruises due any brawler once locked in the ground & pound. No performance-enhancing drugs were used on this cast. Except Scotch. Scotch was used. Scott and A discuss this 1987 parody/comedy/classic. Join us and get your Schwarz on! This episode was live streamed — we’ve stripped out the audio, flipped it, and rubbed it down (oh noooo!) for your auditory pleasures.
It all comes down to humans vs. monsters. Who will come out on top? Find out in the conclusion of NOCTURNAL.  Our next podcast novel will be GFL Book VI: THE GANGSTER. We will start that on either November 22, 2020, or November 28, 2020.  We hope you dug the throwback! It is the dead of night, and the S.S. Jeremiah O’Brien is steaming across the fog-choked San Francisco Bay out towards the Golden Gate Bridge. The Russians, the Italians, the San Francisco Police, and the Nocturnals have all come aboard for what is sure to be a brutal final showdown. Bryan Clauser is trying to distract the Nocturnals as his partner, Pookie Chang, goes below decks to search for the twin daughters of Police Chief Amy Zou.  Meanwhile, Russian gangster Dmitri Vasilov and mafia leader Frank Lanza are patiently awaiting their respective backup. Firstborn and Tricky Dick are in a yacht off of the O’Brien’s starboard side waiting for Rex and Sly to jump aboard, but Firstborn wonders if they’ll make it off in time.   Written and Narrated by Scott Sigler Produced by AB Kovacs Production Assistance by Allie Press Engineered by Steve Riekeberg Copyright 2020 by Empty Set Entertainment  Theme music by the band Uncrowned

He kidnapped the twin daughters of San Francisco Police Chief Amy Zou, forcing Amy to draw two of the city’s crime kingpins to a vintage, World War II transport ship called the Jeremiah O’Brien.  Now the O’Brien with Zou, her daughters, and the criminal elements onboard is heading out to sea under the Golden Gate Bridge. But no one has come alone. Mafia boss Frank Lanza and Russian mobster Dmitri Vasilov have brought their goons with them, and King Rex has soldiers by his side.  Meanwhile, Bryan Clauser and his partner Pookie Chang have arrived to save the twin girls, and hopefully Zou, too. Will they be in time to stop what Rex has planned? Chief Zou’s two ten-year-old daughters are being held hostage somewhere on the ship. Bryan Clauser and Pookie Chang scramble to board the ship before it departs. Bryan refuses to don the cloak of the Saviours, but Adam had something else for him to wear...  Written and Narrated by Scott Sigler Produced by AB Kovacs Production Assistance by Allie Press Engineered by Steve Riekeberg Copyright 2020 by Empty Set Entertainment  Theme music by the band Uncrowned
Things have gotten real messy for San Francisco detectives Bryan Clauser and Pookie Chang’s investigation into a series of brutal murders. They now suspect the shadowy, centuries-old cult known as Marie’s Children to be behind all of it. Most of the victims fall into one of two categories: organized crime figures or someone associated with high school sophomore and social outcast Rex Deprovdechuk.  A confrontation with Jebediah Erikson, also known as “The Saviour,” has put the man in the hospital, and let Bryan and Pookie see Erikson’s basement full of stuffed monstrosities. These monsters turned out to be real, not fakes, and genetic analysis turned out that these monsters and the killers in the Deprovdechuk murders had the same mother.  Finding out his whole life has been a lie, Bryan confronts the man he’s known as his father. But not receiving the desired answers, Bryan then seeks out Alder Jessup, the man who made weapons for The Saviour.  Rex turned out to be Marie’s Children’s prophesied leader and has now set out on a plan to take over all the organized crime in San Francisco. Rex has a dream, a dream where his people can walk the night streets, hunting their ancient prey — humanity. Bryan’s partner, "Pookie" Chang, enlists the help of John "The Black Mr. Burns" Smith to research the historical murder rate in San Francisco. Meanwhile, Francis Parkmeyer receives a shadowy visitor. This is so amazing Scott and A. Listening to this past, hearing you say "Okay Junkies we got to have the website really in order by the time Infected hits hardcover". It just brings a grin to my face knowing what we all know now when you hear something like that what kind of thoughts come to your mind Scott? A? also in this episode you do a poll to see if we considered you a douchebag because you call yourself a best-selling author in the promos, I don't remember what the results of those polls were but I'm going to have to go on and say that perhaps the results 🤔 well clearly didn't matter cuz you're still a douchebag and we still fucking ♥️💯 you! Always will main. Thanks for this so much. One aging geezer to another.

If you got to take time to do what you got to do then do it and don't feel bad just get it done and maybe if you do that guilt free and just pushing through you be able to come back at some point cuz that would be awesome! love you man ! appreciate you both!
