On an impromptu weekend trip to Vegas, the two are married and hell is broken loose as Vanya’s family bodyguards try to have the marriage annulled against Ani’s expressed wishes. Set in 1920s Oklahoma covering the murders of Osage tribe members after oil is discovered on their territory the movie depicts the greed, immorality, and savageness of people hellbent on total domination of land and people.
