In this podcast episode, I share about how God preserved my life and sustained my breath when it was at bare minimum. At the midnight hour, I was hyperventilating and had my second near death experience. I learned a lot through this experience about the value of breath. We can want so many things in life and when you’re almost not breathing, your priorities get deeper and clearer when you can breathe again. I am glad in this podcast episode to use my voice to validate your breath and to let you know no matter how lonely you may feel and no matter what mental health challenge you are facing, your breath matters.
