On the 62nd episode of the Seattle Foodie Podcast, we interview co-owner and Head Chef of Soi on Capitol Hill, Chef Yuie Wiborg. Chef Yuie has been cooking at a very young age in Thailand and has brought her unique Thai food dishes to Soi focusing on Thailand's North Eastern region of Issarn.
