Self reflection can help you get back in the right direction. Sometimes you have to take a step back to be able to move a few steps forward and self reflect can help you do that. It takes looking into yourself to become the person you want to be. And it can help with your continued success in your self succession. Here are the few tips that helped me and I would like to share them with you. And perhaps there are some tips that you've already tried or have been doing but need a different way of doing it or a new strategy/method that can work for you today.

Everyone has grief, especially from the ones we lose and love dearest to our hearts. I'll give you some tips of mine and perhaps you can tell me some of yours. Grief doesn't have to be as painful as we always think it would be. We can turn it around and make it a gift, a peace, an understanding, and most of all, a forgiveness - that can overcome our deepest regrets.
What Is Self Success?

What Is Self Success?

2024-05-3125:53

Self success has many definitions and someone else's definition does not have to be yours. It comes in many shapes and forms. But how do you find your own definition of self success? There is a way and that way is to look inside of yourself.
Exposure/explore can help define who you are as a person. It's an act of getting your feet wet so you can discover what you like or not like about certain subjects and things. Exposing yourself through self interest studies or just plain curiosity can align you with what success for yourself looks like. It has the capability to narrow down your wide curiosity so you can focus on the things that are most important or most interesting to you. Enjoy this tip of self success.
Support can play a huge role in one of the most important relationships you can have, as well as all relationships around you. It comes in many different forms and effects people in more positive ways than not. Support your partner and they will begin to support you. Support your friends, family/relatives, colleagues and what have you, and you'll find yourself surrounded by more of them. This round about effect can be contagious so be prepared for the ride and continue to improve the goodness you already have.
Don't Be Desperate

Don't Be Desperate

2022-09-2524:46

Desperate makes u most vulnerable. While being vulnerable can be a good thing sometimes, desperation can make you put what’s most important on the line and have you suffer possible long term or total loss. Make sure you think about how dire your situation is before taking the next step because once you do something, you can't turn back. Some may say sometimes there may be a second chance, and there always will in some situations but usually you've already incurred some damages.  Don't corner yourself or pressure yourself too much that you're not making the best decision for yourself. If you start to lose a sense of responsibility in protecting yourself, and become more of a target to crooks, you may lose everything you've worked hard to get up until that very point. You have to remember, you got yourself up to that successful point in your life, whether you feel like it is successful or not. Though it may not even feel like success, if you're growing and not getting yourself into trouble, you're always moving in the right direction in life, and that, is self success, regardless of what anyone thinks.
Invest In Yourself

Invest In Yourself

2022-09-1130:36

Investing in yourself is the biggest thing you can ever do.  Depending on what type of lifestyle you want, education can be of utmost help. It can help you get paid more, it can make you more marketable when you apply for jobs. Having a higher education can help you stand out and set you apart from others who have less education, especially if you lack the experience in the field you apply for versus if you were without that education. Just because you earn money, doesn't mean it's enough. It especially doesn't mean it's enough even if you're earning higher money than minimum wage. If you can't afford your own place and feel comfortable about it, or even feel great about it, you're probably not earning enough income.  Investing in yourself in learning how to manage your finances when it comes to earning, saving, and allocating to make more money, is one that can really turn your life around. It can grant possible freedom if you make enough to cover all expenses for your current living situation and more, independent of earning money through employers. Spirituality is something we all need. It helps you become more in tuned with yourself. In some cases, it's an uplift of self that everyone needs to make you feel better about your own situation or to enhance your situations.  You can become a better worker by watching motivational videos, listening to inspirations, or other podcasts that may help change your perspective of things, which can cause a change in behavior and attitude. In turn overall, you can become a better person. Your interests overall is well worth the investment such as cooking. If you want to make sure you're getting the best food to have a healthier lifestyle, and you enjoy food. If you have no experience in cooking food, let alone follow directions, maybe you can sign up for a cooking class to learn the basics and go from there. If you're cheap like me, you can just learn to cook better by making pricy mistakes. Organic food isn't cheap lol.  Invest in yourself so you become an asset. If you continue to do this, everyone else will start to become liabilities. Do you want to be a liability or an asset? Your choice.
Hold onto family if you can. Family can be a foundation we all cannot avoid and that can really shape how you will become or who you are right now. Family can really help you in ways that will serve a purpose for what you plan to do in life; work-wise, relationship-wise.  Grandparents can be the starting point that leads to where you discover what's most precious to you, what's precious to one of your parents or both. And who can cause you to incorporate what you were used to, carried onto your new family. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Sometimes the legacy of ur parents lives within you. And u show it by doing something related to what they were doing through the captivated heart and the fond memory u carry while doing the related task or perhaps become a professional at it through your careers. Your family can uplift you in the greatest way possible, but they can also bring you down in multiple ways as well. That doesn't mean just because you came from a broken home, that you can create a complete one for yourself, with your new family.
Learn how to manage your money so it won’t cause issues with relationships or stress and worry for yourself. Spend your money wisely and modestly and still get what you want. Saving is part of great money management but if it's in a savings account generating interest below rising inflation rates, your money is depreciating.  Learn how to make money work for you instead of depending on earning money. Do you really want to keep working after your supposed retirement age? I don't think you would like that idea.  Don't live like you might die tomorrow unless you have some type of illness or do lots of risky things. Also consider living like you still have a long way to go, because you'll never know, you just might.
Communication can be extremely hard but it's important to do enough of it to maintain and strengthen the bond between you and your mate. Make sure you do your part, otherwise, don't have expectations. Strong communication at home can translate into a successful marriage, a successful career, a successful parenthood for you and your kid(s), and a successful life. Life is hard. If you can do lighten up your load by just communicating, by all means, do it. Help yourself, help your love, help your life.
There's all types of friends. Good friends, bad friends, friends that are your family, true friends, and untrue friends. Make yourself count by valuing yourself before determining who's worth your time, emotion, and trust.  If it ain't fixed, it's broken. It doesn't mean you have to break yourself to fix someone else's issues. 'You can't make a bad movie good' is what my film professor said. Get out while you can!
What is your heritage?  Can it be something you're proud of? Can it make you stronger? Will it help with no shame? Would it help with judgement from others that can potentially hurt you? Being interested in your heritage, culture, traditions can help you bring so much passion that success comes easy. It can help you escape your everyday life to focus on what you're actually passionate about.  Find yourself and success will find you.
Having expectations can strain relationships with everyone and everything else around you, leaving a sour taste in your mouth each time. Not everyone likes being disappointed every time. There's positive aspects as well as negative aspects in having expectations, just be realistic about it and meet yourself in the middle. Does common sense really exist? Isn’t everyone at different levels? Don't settle for being a teacher who can't teach, be one that teaches well. Don’t beat yourself up over your own expectations and don't expect others to read your mind.
What do you find yourself doing or feeling when you find your partner's schedule now conflicts with yours? How do you deal with it?  A few ways. Focus on your goals, strengthen your relationship with others, and do activities you can enjoy either by yourself or with others. It can be a blessing in disguise.
Ownership comes with three things. Responsibility in your work, home, and hobbies. Acceptance that you're no longer ashamed of certain things that may have happened in your life. You're no longer beating yourself up over things you can't change. Accepting the past is owning who you have become and without your past, you wouldn't be where you are today. Finally, recognition. Recognition helps you understand what it took for you to be where you are now and focusing on what matters, which is where you are now and what things you have control of in order to become someone you want to be in the future.
You never have to renew it. There’s no recurring fee. It’s with you for life You can make the most out of it. What can u say to kids about diplomas? It can be one of ur most powerful assets.
I think one of the most important moments spent are times with family because they mold you into what you can become. That's why I believe conversations at the dinner table with family is not something we all may appreciate in the moments but reflecting back can be fond memories that we wish to carry on when we create our own families.  It helps with learnings, when u share what u learned, u get a deeper understanding of the subject. When others share, u learn new things or a deeper understanding of what the topic was about. You have a deeper bonding with the family and a deeper understanding of ur family members. You have a deeper understanding of yourself. Sometimes it can shape what you look for in a mate. Conversations can help you become more able to express yourself so you won’t have so much built up inside (good mental therapy). It can help with telling stories that lead to a head start in your career as a high level employee.
For the sake of your mental health, recognizing that there may be an issue on the rise, taking the time to reschedule can help you over the long term. Do what you have to do to get what you want to get and know when the balance needs to be made. Do what's best for your household, your career, and your self gratification.

Be Independent

2022-02-2724:41

what does it mean to be independent? why be independent? -liberating -increase confidence in facing fears -increase self esteem, makes you feel better about yourself -no one has to worry about you -helps you develop knowledge that can be passed down to others. Cons about being dependent: -Always need someone there beside you. As you grow older, you’ll notice not everyone has the time in the world to help you. -there are several people who don’t have to know you, who can help you. sometimes being independent means being able to ask for what you need help with. Things you can do to become independent -push yourself more times than enough to experience what it feels like to be on the other side -make your own decisions, could be asking others, researching, but ultimately giving yourself reasons why you made that decision based on your findings. Gain more experience Make you feel important when you’re relied upon Financial independence If you are dependent you are also limited on others to make you successful.
