In this episode, I had the absolute pleasure of chatting with Eleni Vardaki, a therapeutic coach and advanced EFT practitioner all the way from Greece. Eleni's story is super inspiring—she started out as a secondary school teacher, and like so many of us, she faced her own challenges to her own wellbeing.
