Marijuana has been linked to psychotic episodes for over 100 years and nobody wants to admit it. Adnan used Marijuana that day.
Gaul sounds like Ron Swanson and I can't unhear it.
oh my god. what a great podcast. brilliant. #greenmonkey 🐒👍
I can tell the Prosecutor has never been in a fight before, specially in a bar fight. Dude, you just go into survival mode. The craziest thing is that the prosecutor is butt hurt about how the defense lawyer approached her. What?!!! This system is so messed up.
any new episodes coming out?
Did they ever check the best buy security surveillance? The defense attorneys are shit
Maybe I missed something...but didn't Jay say he SAW the body in the trunk AND that he HELPED dig the grave??...Depending on the state, that would be enough to charge him with murder... is Jay even in jail?
I think because Jay knows so much about what happened to this girl, where her car is, and hid the shovels Jay is completely guilty. The police get so caught up with this theory that a boyfriend must have done it that they turn their attention away from the only person with information about the crime. If Adnan was guilty of this crime wouldn't he have created an actual alibi instead of just saying I don't know. Most criminals are going to create a story to keep themselves out of trouble and that's exactly what Jay did.
Honestly I think the "naive ones" are people who think they're "all guilty" rather then the ones who thinks they're "all innocent"... because when you "all innocent" at the very least you will need evidence to tell you they did do it but when you think they're "all guilty" you are not being careful about your prespective of things because you think "oh I'm not fooled" and the ability of proving innocence is harder because most people don't have something to alibi them every second of the year, you will need luck to be able to do that.
Guilty of drug abuse when the only evidence was obtained via civil rights violation amidst the brutality of a monster cop...
With all the different ways judges have to deal with people who commit crimes it still appears nothing works. Most of these defendants repeat the same behaviors that got them into trouble. I think that unfortunately by the time they are in adult courts it’s too late to help them.
So I am confused about the Nisha call. Was it made during school hours? Or after school? Because Adnad is supposed to be in school when this call happened. So if she is in highschool wouldnt she have also been in school.
Adnan is a highly manipulative sociopath. I can't move past this Jay guy making all these claims about Adnan. I don't believe many of the details and I think it's possible he either killed the girl himself or participated more than he's letting on. But I definitely think both Jay and Adnan played a role.
