On April 1st, 2024, Sade Robinson, a 19-year-old from Milwaukee, told an employee at her apartment building she was looking forward to a date that evening. Just hours later, stills from a surveillance video captured Sade sitting beside a man at Twisted Fisherman, a local restaurant, before leaving with him. That would be the last time anyone saw her alive. The following day, Sade’s car was found burned out in a parking lot—her clothes discarded in the trunk. But the horrors didn’t end there. A human leg was discovered near the shores of Lake Michigan, and soon after, a foot, matching the leg, was found just a few miles away in Milwaukee. The investigation into Sade’s disappearance would unravel a chilling and twisted nightmare, one that has left family, friends, and police searching for answers. Mostly - why would someone do something so horrific to this young lady, who was nothing but a kind soul to everyone she met? Sources:https://www.jsonline.com/story/news/crime/2024/04/12/timeline-of-sade-robinson-murder-maxwell-anderson-arrest-in-milwaukee/73305478007/ https://www.jsonline.com/story/news/crime/2024/04/11/heres-what-we-know-about-maxwell-andersons-previous-legal-issues/73291999007/ https://www.jsonline.com/story/news/2024/05/10/sade-robinson-memorial-held-in-milwaukee-amid-homicide-investigation/73593302007/https://www.cbs58.com/news/confidential-informant-maxwell-anderson-plotted-to-kill-and-dismember-sade-robinson-month-prior-to-death https://www.wisn.com/article/judge-grants-delay-maxwell-anderson-trial-accused-of-killing-sade-robinson/63072562Follow me here:► YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/@SerialNapper/► Twitter - https://twitter.com/serial_napper► Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/serialnappernik/► Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/SerialNapper/► TikTok - https://www.tiktok.com/@serialnappernik Our Sponsors:* Check out Happy Mammoth and use my code SERIALNAPPER for 15% off today! happymammoth.comAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
It’s spring break 1989, a time for fun and relaxation – but for one Texas college student, a week of sun and sand would turn into a nightmare. When Mark Kilroy vanished in the Mexican border town of Matamoros outside of a bar, the initial response from authorities was anything but swift. Local Mexican police treated it like any other missing person report, but for those who loved him, the clock was ticking. Mark's family, his friends, and a growing number of volunteers knew this wasn't just an ordinary case—it was something far darker, far more sinister. What followed was a twisted tale of ritual sacrifice, drug smuggling, and unimaginable brutality and torture. As the days passed, the case grew colder—and yet, something far more chilling was unfolding in the shadows of Matamoros… something that would soon make Mark Kilroy’s name synonymous with a dark chapter in criminal history. Less than a month after his disappearance, Mark's body was discovered, along with 14 others, buried on a remote ranch. What happened in those dark weeks he was missing would reveal the horrors of a cult led by the sadistic Adolfo Constanzo. Sources:https://www.texasmonthly.com/true-crime/the-work-of-the-devil/https://www.expressnews.com/news/article/spring-break-trip-matamoros-murder-mark-kilroy-17838251.phphttps://www.washingtonpost.com/history/2023/03/09/matamoros-mexico-kidnapping-mark-kilroy/ https://medium.com/tftunderworld/the-tragic-tale-of-mark-kilroy-and-the-matamoros-murder-cult-514f257bfe75 https://www.washingtonpost.com/archive/politics/1989/04/13/spring-break-reveler-met-grisly-end/5eae25b4-2176-45ed-a9f6-5d39c759d613/https://www.markkilroyfoundation.org/about.htmlFollow me here:► YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/@SerialNapper/► Twitter - https://twitter.com/serial_napper► Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/serialnappernik/► Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/SerialNapper/► TikTok - https://www.tiktok.com/@serialnappernik Our Sponsors:* Check out Happy Mammoth and use my code SERIALNAPPER for 15% off today! happymammoth.comAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
On the morning of February 24, 2023, calls to 911 from the Banfield family home set off a chain of events that would unravel a dark and twisted tale of betrayal, love, and murder. When police arrived, they found Christine Banfield, a mother and wife, barely alive with multiple stab wounds to her body. Nearby, a man named Joseph Ryan was found dead, shot in cold blood. The scene was puzzling—Christine’s husband, Brendan Banfield, the couple’s au pair, Juliana Magalhães, and their 4-year-old daughter were all present at the home, yet unharmed. So, what had happened? According to the au pair, Juliana, she had left the house early that morning with the child to go to the zoo, only to return later after forgetting the packed lunches. What she found when she returned was a strange car she didn’t recognize, parked in the Bandfield home driveway. Concerned, she decided to call her employer, Brendan Banfield, and he rushed home to see what was going on.Brendan and Julianna claimed they entered the home together and heard noises coming from upstairs. When they walked into the master bedroom, they discovered an unknown man - Joseph Ryan - with the naked, bloody body of Christine Banfield. In an attempt to save Christine, Joseph was shot and killed. He had been invited to the home by Christine for a trist after chatting on a fetish website and things got out of hand. But during the investigation, this story quickly fell apart. What started as a case of self-defence soon crumbled under the weight of suspicion, lies, and secrets that no one was prepared to uncover. Sources:https://www.nytimes.com/article/brendan-banfield-murder-wife-au-pair.htmlhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s6DwxsmIAeA https://lawandcrime.com/crime/id-give-it-to-her-jailhouse-communications-allegedly-reveal-covert-efforts-to-get-things-and-information-to-au-pair-indicted-in-sexual-fetish-conspiracy-double-murder/ https://people.com/nanny-husband-affair-murder-case-appalling-scene-8740388 https://www.washingtonpost.com/dc-md-va/2024/09/16/brendan-banfield-au-pair-homicide/Follow me here:► YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/@SerialNapper/► Twitter - https://twitter.com/serial_napper► Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/serialnappernik/► Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/SerialNapper/► TikTok - https://www.tiktok.com/@serialnappernik *Go Ad-Free on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/SerialNapper *Our Sponsors:* Check out Happy Mammoth and use my code SERIALNAPPER for 15% off today! happymammoth.comAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
In September 2023, a quiet family home in Essex, England, became the scene of an unthinkable crime. Two elderly people—70-year-old John McCullough and his 71-year-old wife, Lois—had been missing for years. Their doctor, concerned after multiple missed appointments, alerted the authorities. What followed next would leave even the most seasoned detectives stunned. When Essex Police forced their way into the McCulloughs' home on September 15, they were met by a chilling confession. Their daughter, Virginia McCullough, was standing in the doorway. With her hands raised, ready to surrender, she calmly told officers, "I knew this would come eventually... It’s proper that I serve my punishment." But nothing could have prepared them for what lay behind that door.As the investigation unfolded, disturbing bodycam footage captured her eerie, detached demeanour as she admitted to killing her parents. The horrors discovered inside the home would shock the world. This case, as one veteran detective put it, "horrified even the most experienced murder investigators."Sources:https://www.bbc.com/news/live/cgmglzvnl1ythttps://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Rex-v-Virginia-McCullough-Sentencing-remarks.pdf https://www.thetimes.com/uk/crime/article/virginia-mccullough-parents-murder-fwxqlfpd9 https://youtu.be/VNTAxHAkEMY?si=M8yTs49PUmJtOtbuFollow me here:► YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/@SerialNapper/► Twitter - https://twitter.com/serial_napper► Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/serialnappernik/► Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/SerialNapper/► TikTok - https://www.tiktok.com/@serialnappernik Our Sponsors:* Check out Happy Mammoth and use my code SERIALNAPPER for 15% off today! happymammoth.comAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
In September 2022, the disappearance of two young Brazilian women sparked a frantic search that spanned across the United States. Their families, along with the FBI, were desperate for answers. The only lead they had? The women had been living with a social media influencer named Kat Torres. At Kat’s instruction, they would post videos saying that they were fine and just wanted to be left alone - but there was much more to the story that they weren’t saying on camera. A story involving witchcraft, slavery and sex. Now, Kat Torres has been sentenced to eight years in prison for human trafficking and enslavement, but she claims she’s innocent of all charges. So, how did a former model, once seen partying with Leonardo DiCaprio and gracing the covers of international magazines, go from glamour and fame to exploiting her followers in the most horrific way imaginable? You won’t believe how it all unfolded. Sources:https://youtu.be/ozF3l2IxwKs?si=41OTEnKyTINdO5nl https://www.nzherald.co.nz/nz/kat-torres-went-from-model-social-media-influencer-to-human-trafficker/MWKEGO4TNNE47PQBPJH2F6VMQY/https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/crime/instagram-influencer-kat-torres-sentenced-b2580191.html Follow me here:► YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/@SerialNapper/► Twitter - https://twitter.com/serial_napper► Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/serialnappernik/► Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/SerialNapper/► TikTok - https://www.tiktok.com/@serialnappernik Our Sponsors:* Check out Happy Mammoth and use my code SERIALNAPPER for 15% off today! happymammoth.comAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
Cimarron Thomas was a beautiful, happy-go-lucky 12-year old little girl from West, Virginia. She was the kind of young lady who loved playing the violin, spending time with her family and chatting with her friends on social media apps, like Snapchat. However, in May of 2018, without warning, she ended her own life using her father’s legally owned handgun. Her little sister would find her body in her bedroom and tragically only 18 months later, her father, feeling guilty and devastated over the loss of his daughter, ended his own life too. What could be the cause of such a senseless tragedy, resulting in the loss of two lives? No one in the family would have those answers for years, until 2021, when police forces in Northern Ireland contacted them. During one of their investigations, officers had made a shocking discovery - chat logs between Cimarron and a man who they suspected of extreme sexual exploitation. The 12-year-old little girl was believed to be a victim of 26-year-old Alexander McCartney, who is alleged to have targetted as many as 3,500 children on 64 devices between 2013 and 2019. The heartbreaking reason she had taken her life would be found in chat logs on his computer, saved like some kind of sick trophy. Sources:https://www.judiciaryni.uk/judicial-decisions/2024-nicc-30 https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c7897plqy3zohttps://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-14001169/Alexander-McCartney-catfishing-sentencing-Cimarron-Thomas.htmlhttps://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cm2yj24xge1o https://www.pewresearch.org/internet/2023/12/11/teens-social-media-and-technology-2023/Follow me here:► YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/@SerialNapper/► Twitter - https://twitter.com/serial_napper► Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/serialnappernik/► Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/SerialNapper/► TikTok - https://www.tiktok.com/@serialnappernik Our Sponsors:* Check out Happy Mammoth and use my code SERIALNAPPER for 15% off today! happymammoth.comAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
On December 19, 2018, 16-year-old Iyana Sawyer, a straight-A student from Jacksonville, Florida, was seen on surveillance footage leaving her high school early. It started as a typical school day, but what followed would plunge her family into an unthinkable tragedy. Iyana was five months pregnant and her family had been supportive of the young teen mom-to-be — yet on that morning, she vanished without a trace. Her sister noticed Iyana didn’t board the bus home, and soon, frantic phone calls were made. One aunt called 911, while another rushed to the school to look for her, but there was no sign of Iyana. In the school security footage, Iyana leaves the property around 11 AM, carrying two bags filled with school supplies and personal items, including a body pillow and Victoria’s Secret clothing. No one at the time knew if she was picked up by someone or left on her own accord - another runaway teen. What we know now, is that Iyana had a secret, a secret that would change everything. Sources:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NV1Kh7wvuAM&list=WL&index=212 https://www.the-sun.com/news/9150876/johnathan-quiles-convicted-murder-iyana-sawyer-surveillance-video/https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/crime/johnathan-quiles-teenage-niece-pregnant-execution-b2416965.html https://www.news4jax.com/news/local/2023/09/21/defense-testimony-to-begin-on-heels-of-states-star-witnesses-in-trial-for-man-accused-of-2018-murder-of-niece/ https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=2441613139343312Follow me here:► YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/@SerialNapper/► Twitter - https://twitter.com/serial_napper► Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/serialnappernik/► Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/SerialNapper/► TikTok - https://www.tiktok.com/@serialnappernik Our Sponsors:* Check out Happy Mammoth and use my code SERIALNAPPER for 15% off today! happymammoth.comAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
In the mid-1980s, Christina Boyer captivated the nation as a teenager with an extraordinary claim: that she could move objects with her mind.  Known as the “The Columbus Poltergeist Kid”, her family’s insistence on her powers catapulted her to media stardom, even earning her a spot in an Unsolved Mysteries episode.  But just as quickly as she rose to fame, her life spiralled out of control, first as a runaway teen, then as a single mother and a domestic violence survivor. However, no one could have predicted the tragic events that happened in 1992, when Christina was arrested for the unthinkable—charged with the murder of her 3-year-old daughter, Amber. Though she insisted she was innocent, when faced with the death penalty she opted for an Alford plea, admitting no guilt while accepting a life sentence plus 20 years in prison. Yet, the most perplexing aspect of her case lies in the evidence: how could she be guilty of murdering her own child when she wasn’t even home during the critical hours leading up to Amber’s death?  That’s the question Christina and her supporters would like an answer to amidst a tangled web of legal battles. Sources:https://starnewsgaonline.com/2018/06/17/the-real-story-of-christina-resch-boyer-did-a-perfect-storm-of-events-lead-to-life-imprisonment/ https://www.rollingstone.com/tv-movies/tv-movie-reviews/christina-boyer-poltergeist-girl-murder-daughter-demons-and-saviors-hulu-1234800011/ https://www.christinaboyer.org/ https://unsolvedmysteries.fandom.com/wiki/Tina_Resch https://www.oxygen.com/crime-news/where-is-accused-toddler-killer-christina-boyer-nowFollow me here:► YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/@SerialNapper/► Twitter - https://twitter.com/serial_napper► Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/serialnappernik/► Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/SerialNapper/► TikTok - https://www.tiktok.com/@serialnappernik Our Sponsors:* Check out Happy Mammoth and use my code SERIALNAPPER for 15% off today! happymammoth.comAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
It was the night before Halloween - October 30, 1975 - also known as Mischief Night - an evening filled with pranks, like throwing toilet paper on trees and eggs at houses. For 15-year-old Martha Moxley, it was an ordinary night of hanging out with her friends - including 15-year-old Michael Skakel and his 17-year-old brother Tommy. The Skakel boys were part of a wealthy well-known family, related to American political royalty - the Kennedys. Before the clock struck midnight, Martha would be violently murdered, her battered body found under a pine tree near her Belle Haven home the following morning. She had been bludgeoned with a golf club - one that would match a set from the Skakel home. It was a vicious attack that felt extremely personal, with several potential suspects, varying witness statements, alibis and motives. What followed was a messy murder investigation and trial that would take decades to unfold. Sources:https://www.cbsnews.com/news/who-killed-martha-moxley/ https://www.nytimes.com/article/skakel-moxley-murder-case.html https://www.historicmysteries.com/major-crimes/martha-moxley-murder/22636/https://people.com/michael-skakel-files-lawsuit-after-martha-moxley-conviction-overturned-8421807 https://archive.vanityfair.com/article/share/bee64560-eb0c-43d5-a794-285902b26d4e?itm_content=footer-recirc https://www.nytimes.com/1975/11/04/archives/classmates-are-writing-a-eulogy-for-slain-girl.html Follow me here:► YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/@SerialNapper/► Twitter - https://twitter.com/serial_napper► Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/serialnappernik/► Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/SerialNapper/► TikTok - https://www.tiktok.com/@serialnappernik Our Sponsors:* Check out Happy Mammoth and use my code SERIALNAPPER for 15% off today! happymammoth.comAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
Gloria Ramirez, a 31-year-old wife and mother from Riverside, California, was known as a warm-hearted joker who was always ready to uplift others. She led a mostly ordinary life, deeply loved by her family and community. But on February 19, 1994, everything changed when Gloria was rushed to Riverside General Hospital, gravely ill. She had recently been diagnosed with cervical cancer and it was spreading to other parts of her body. However, that night, she would lose her life. Not to cervical cancer, but a medical mystery that haunts medical professionals to this day. After her death, several emergency room staff members who treated her fell violently ill, seemingly due to exposure to her body and blood, sparking fear and confusion.Dubbed “The Toxic Lady,” Gloria’s case has puzzled investigators for decades. Various theories have emerged to explain the strange reactions. Medical authorities have said it could be a case of mass hysteria or a chemical reaction from her pain medications, but Gloria’s family is convinced she died as a result of unsafe conditions at the hospital and they should be held accountable. Gloria Ramirez’s tragic death remains one of the most perplexing medical mysteries to this day, yet her family remains firm in their belief that something criminal caused her demise. Sources:https://www.discovermagazine.com/health/analysis-of-a-toxic-death https://www.washingtonpost.com/archive/politics/1994/04/30/case-of-toxic-woman-closed-with-mystery-still-unsolved/470acaeb-74d2-42d7-82df-5b56fa2b5fc5/?noredirect=on https://www.latimes.com/archives/la-xpm-1994-04-21-mn-48511-story.html https://allthatsinteresting.com/gloria-ramirez https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=avCaAMxNRdc&t=1s https://www.baltimoresun.com/1994/04/21/woman-who-died-in-calif-mystery-fumes-case-is-buried-after-2-months/Follow me here:► YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/@SerialNapper/► Twitter - https://twitter.com/serial_napper► Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/serialnappernik/► Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/SerialNapper/► TikTok - https://www.tiktok.com/@serialnappernik Our Sponsors:* Check out Happy Mammoth and use my code SERIALNAPPER for 15% off today! happymammoth.comAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
Hidden deep within the desolate Chattahoochee National Forest, sits the haunting remains of Corpsewood Manor, a hand-built brick mansion with a dark history. Its name, given by its former owner and builder, Dr. Charles Scudder, is ominous. Corposewood Manor was supposed to be a sanctuary for Dr. Scudder and his partner, far removed from the chaos of their busy city lives. However, in December of 1982, their dreams of living a quiet life nestled away in the isolated woods would turn into a nightmare. The couple and their two beloved dogs would be brutally murdered during a botched robbery attempt. The grisly details of the crime shocked the local community and drew widespread media attention. However, the public narrative quickly spiralled into something much darker, as whispers about Dr. Scudder’s interest in Satanism and sex parties came to light. Even today, as it sits in ruin, Corpsewood Manor has been a source of speculation and rumours about paranormal disturbances and dark entities that refuse to leave. It is said to be cursed - and in turn, anyone who dares to take a brick from the crumbling mansion risks being dammed.Sources:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qdK9YWObZS8 https://www.atlantamagazine.com/great-reads/the-corpsewood-murders-40-years-later/ https://the-line-up.com/corpsewood-manorhttps://www.atlantamagazine.com/great-reads/the-corpsewood-murders-40-years-later/https://www.atlasobscura.com/places/corpsewood-manorhttps://abandonedgeorgia.com/corpsewood-manor/ Follow me here:► YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/@SerialNapper/► Twitter - https://twitter.com/serial_napper► Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/serialnappernik/► Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/SerialNapper/► TikTok - https://www.tiktok.com/@serialnappernik Our Sponsors:* Check out Happy Mammoth and use my code SERIALNAPPER for 15% off today! happymammoth.comAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
Have you ever seen the 2005 supernatural horror movie, “The Exorcism of Emily Rose”? Tonight I’m talking about the true story that inspired the hit flick. Anneliese Michel was a deeply religious young lady from Klingenberg, Bavaria, who had suffered from epilepsy and mental health issues for several years. Despite undergoing multiple medical treatments, her condition worsened, leading her family and two local priests to believe she was possessed. To rid her body and soul of the demonic entity, 70 exorcism rituals were conducted in secret at her home.Though she was a physically sick young lady, her medical treatments were stopped, as her family and the priests focused on the exorcism rites. These sessions took place in her bedroom and were intended to rid her of demonic possession. However, Anneliese’s health severely deteriorated, and she ultimately succumbed to malnutrition and dehydration, weighing just 68 pounds at the time of her death. The case of Anneliese Michel drew significant attention, especially in Bavaria, a predominantly Catholic region. The state prosecutor argued that her death could have been prevented if medical intervention had been sought, even if only in the final week of her life. Her parents and the priests were charged with negligent homicide for failing to call a doctor, despite her worsening condition during the exorcism rituals - but some still believe Anneliese died from possession - not neglect.Sources:https://www.washingtonpost.com/archive/politics/1978/04/21/cries-of-a-woman-possessed/94bf2fd3-8e64-482d-869d-1f929851ca8f/https://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2005/09/02/AR2005090200559.html https://cvltnation.com/horrific-case-anneliese-michels-possession-excorcismhttps://www.mamamia.com.au/the-exorcism-of-emily-rose/ https://news.google.com/newspapers?id=AcJdAAAAIBAJ&pg=5443%2C5231320 https://web.archive.org/web/20210730123254/https://skepticalinquirer.org/exclusive/seized-by-the-spirit-temporal-lobe-epilepsy-and-the-exorcism-of-anneliese-michel/ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x4n9vK0_mdk&t=1sFollow me here:► YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/@SerialNapper/► Twitter - https://twitter.com/serial_napper► Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/serialnappernik/► Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/SerialNapper/► TikTok - https://www.tiktok.com/@serialnappernik Our Sponsors:* Check out Happy Mammoth and use my code SERIALNAPPER for 15% off today! happymammoth.comAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
As if being a parent isn’t hard enough, many of us have had to leave our precious children in the care of a stranger at one point or another. It takes a great deal of trust and pure hope that everything will be okay - because how much can you really know about a person, and what they’re like when watchful adults are not around? The crimes committed by Christine Falling, known as the babysitter from hell, are a reminder that parents need to be diligent when selecting a caregiver for their children, who are some of the most vulnerable in our society. In her early years, she began torturing small animals, like cats - then as a teenager, she moved on to hurting neighbour children. From 1980 to 1982, it’s believed that she attempted to murder three infants, and killed as many as five babies and an elderly man. She didn’t even try to hide her crimes, later telling investigators that she heard voices that told her to kill them, and she should have been caught long before she was arrested. However, somehow, the back-to-the-back deaths of all of these children in her care seemingly went under police radar - or were lost amidst a pile of paperwork, allowing her to continue to kill. Sources:https://www.nytimes.com/1982/12/04/us/florida-baby-sitter-pleads-guilty-to-murdering-three-in-her-care.htmlhttps://www.nydailynews.com/2012/11/17/the-casual-horror-behind-christine-falling-the-florida-baby-sitter-from-hell/https://murderpedia.org/female.F/f/falling-christine.htmhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BGgnAi5_mNs Follow me here:► YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/@SerialNapper/► Twitter - https://twitter.com/serial_napper► Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/serialnappernik/► Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/SerialNapper/► TikTok - https://www.tiktok.com/@serialnappernik Our Sponsors:* Check out Happy Mammoth and use my code SERIALNAPPER for 15% off today! happymammoth.comAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
In March 2022, married couple Eric and Kouri Richins were celebrating at their Utah home. Kouri, a real estate agent, had closed on a house that she had planned to flip for her business. They put their three young boys to bed and had a few drinks, including a Moscow mule that Kouri made for Eric to enjoy in bed. The couple then fell asleep, with Eric sleeping in the master bedroom and Kouri sleeping in one of the boy’s rooms because he often had night terrors. Around 3 am, the child woke up from a nightmare. According to Kouri, she soothed him back to sleep and then she returned to her bedroom, where she found Eric unresponsive at the foot of their bed. In a panic, she called 911, however, it was too late and he was pronounced deceased on the scene. It was a shocking situation, Eric had not yet even turned 40 years old. An autopsy revealed he had died from a fentanyl overdose and his wife believed he may have consumed a fentanyl-laced gummy. The family was devastated, particularly their children, who were only between five and nine years old when their father passed. About a year after his death, Kouri published a children’s book called “Are You With Me”, which she had written in collaboration with their three sons. It was said to be a book written to "create peace and comfort for children who have lost a loved one”. Kouri promoted the book on her local news station, speaking about the grief her children had experienced and how she hoped this book would help other children process their grief. Which is why you can imagine the shock felt amongst their family and community when Kouri Richins was arrested and charged with her husband Eric’s murder in in May 2023.Sources:https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/timeline-utah-mom-kouri-richins-husband-death-fentanyl-rcna85787 https://www.walker-mortuary.com/obituaries/Eric-Richins https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-65885789 https://ksltv.com/647638/kamas-woman-charged-with-murdering-husband-is-found-guilty-of-assaulting-sister-in-law/ https://www.kpcw.org/summit-county/2024-05-08/court-to-decide-if-kouri-richins-goes-to-trial-a-year-after-her-arrest https://www.nytimes.com/article/kouri-richins-husband-murder-trial.html https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D1TNfHAm8e4Follow me here:► YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/@SerialNapper/► Twitter - https://twitter.com/serial_napper► Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/serialnappernik/► Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/SerialNapper/► TikTok - https://www.tiktok.com/@serialnappernik Our Sponsors:* Check out Happy Mammoth and use my code SERIALNAPPER for 15% off today! happymammoth.comAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
On September 8th, 2014, Troy Turner walked into a police station in Maryland to report that his girlfriend, Catherine Hoggle, and their two youngest children were missing. He claimed that he had awoken in their apartment that morning to find them gone - only their eldest son remained at their home. It was alarming, but Troy was relieved when a few hours later Catherine returned to explain that she had dropped three-year-old Sara and two-year-old Jacob off at a new daycare centre. Panic once again set in when it was time to head out in their minivan to pick up the children and Catherine seemed to be giving him the wrong directions. Catherine, who had a history of mental illness, directed Troy to several different locations but the children were not there. Finally, she asked if they could stop at a Chik-fil-A for a drink, which they did - but when Catherine walked inside the restaurant she slipped out the back door and disappeared for four days.During that time, Troy had no idea where his two smallest children and girlfriend could be - however, Catherine was picked up by the police after those four days and arrested on charges of neglect and hindering an investigation. She was not cooperative in providing any details of Sarah and Jacob’s whereabouts. She would later have her charges upgraded to murder, though those charges would be dropped when she was committed to a state psychiatric hospital. It has been 10 years since Sarah and Jacob Hoggle went missing and the key to their whereabouts lies with their mother, Catherine, who continues to refuse to provide any information that could lead to finding them. Sources:https://www.washingtonpost.com/dc-md-va/2022/11/30/hoggle-children-disappearance-competency-trial/https://people.com/crime/troy-turner-speaks-missing-kids-sarah-jacob-hoggle/ https://www.washingtonpost.com/dc-md-va/2022/11/30/hoggle-children-disappearance-competency-trial/ https://medium.com/missing-sarah-jacob-hoggle/september-7-2014-6dabd9669224https://www.washingtonpost.com/local/crime/hearing-scheduled-today-for-catherine-hoggle-mother-of-missing-toddlers/2014/11/06/b4b60b1a-65ba-11e4-bb14-4cfea1e742d5_story.htmlFollow me here:► YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/@SerialNapper/► Twitter - https://twitter.com/serial_napper► Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/serialnappernik/► Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/SerialNapper/► TikTok - https://www.tiktok.com/@serialnappernik Our Sponsors:* Check out Happy Mammoth and use my code SERIALNAPPER for 15% off today! happymammoth.comAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
A few months before 74-year-old Leigh Ann Sabine died after battling brain cancer, she told her hairdresser that people were going to talk about her after she passed away because of “the body in the bag”. An alarming statement but one that mostly went ignored as a wild, silly made-up story, one of many that Leigh Ann was known for telling. But the true meaning of her words would be revealed about a month after her death when two of her best friends made a gruesome discovery. It was well known that Leigh Ann had kept a fake medical skeleton - one that you might find on display at the doctor’s office - that she sometimes liked to place in her garden, move around her house or keep in her shed. She said it was a keepsake from her nursing days. Her friends thought it might be funny to use the medical skeleton as a prank, place it on one of their neighbour's doorstep and ring the doorbell to frighten them. They’d all laugh about it. Instead - they would be the ones frightened when they began to unwrap the medical skeleton and discover a perfectly mummified body. Now it was Leigh Ann who had the last laugh, as she had seemingly gotten away with murder. Follow me here:► YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/@SerialNapper/► Twitter - https://twitter.com/serial_napper► Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/serialnappernik/► Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/SerialNapper/► TikTok - https://www.tiktok.com/@serialnappernik Sources:https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2016/may/19/woman-killed-husband-hid-body-never-caught-leigh-ann-sabine https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/morning-mix/wp/2016/05/20/for-years-a-woman-in-wales-said-she-murdered-husband-with-a-stone-garden-frog-no-one-believed-her-until-the-body-turned-up-in-the-garden/ https://www.theguardian.com/tv-and-radio/article/2024/aug/11/the-body-next-door-review-a-jaw-droppingly-addictive-true-crime-talehttps://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c628ez6zx0mohttps://www.nzherald.co.nz/nz/the-perfect-murder-leigh-ann-sabines-daughter-speaks-out-about-her-lost-childhood/GSFYUVG7TCAOHRSLU3W35Q6SDA/Our Sponsors:* Check out Happy Mammoth and use my code SERIALNAPPER for 15% off today! happymammoth.comAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
We often think of DNA as one of the most solid, fool-proof pieces of evidence in a crime investigation, but our story tonight shows how that isn’t at all true. A female German serial killer, dubbed “the Phantom of Heilbronn” - or the woman without a face, was believed to be responsible for a slew of crimes across the country, including six murders. The hunt to find this evil monster made international headlines as police tried to identify the killer before they struck again. The Phantom of Heilbronn was said to have committed various offences, including theft, which puzzled the police. It’s not often a single criminal would have such a wide range of offences - so it was difficult to build a profile around who their suspect might be. Still, the DNA showed that these crimes were all linked by DNA evidence connected to one individual. Or so they thought. You can only imagine the shock and horror when it was learned that the woman this DNA belonged to - didn’t even exist. Sources:https://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2008/nov/09/germany-serial-killerhttps://time.com/archive/6946145/germanys-phantom-serial-killer-a-dna-blunder/https://www.nature.com/articles/543589bhttps://www.iso.org/news/2016/07/Ref2094.htmlhttps://www.smh.com.au/world/woman-without-a-face-leaves-german-police-in-the-dark-20081117-68dq.htmlFollow me here:► YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/@SerialNapper/► Twitter - https://twitter.com/serial_napper► Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/serialnappernik/► Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/SerialNapper/► TikTok - https://www.tiktok.com/@serialnappernik Our Sponsors:* Check out Happy Mammoth and use my code SERIALNAPPER for 15% off today! happymammoth.comAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy

Before dawn break, on New Year's Day, 1998, 21-year-old Ben Smart and 17-year-old Olivia Hope were looking for a place to crash after spending the evening celebrating with other partygoers in the Marlborough Sounds, in New Zealand. They were last seen getting out of a water taxi and boarding a yacht after a strange man offered them a place to sleep off the champagne on board his boat. Not the greatest of decisions, but they needed a place to sleep because other partygoers had taken the place they had originally booked. They would never be seen again - and their bodies and belongings have never been found. What followed was a five-month-long investigation into Scott Watson, who the police believed was the strange man who had offered up his yacht. However, the investigation was rife with accusations of prejudice and police incompetence, while Scott Watson maintained his innocence. This was a case based solely on circumstantial evidence and statements given by jailhouse informants - highly controversial particularly in a high-profile double-murder case like this one. Yet it was enough to convict Scott and sentence him to life behind bars, which he has spent the last 26 years fighting. So dim the lights, put your phone down and listen to the story of Scott Watson, who believes the case against him was a mistrial of justice and just finished his last bid for freedom, full of shocking accusations against the people who are supposed to protect us. Sources:https://www.nzonscreen.com/title/ben-and-olivia-search-for-truth-2002 https://www.rnz.co.nz/news/national/519697/decision-on-scott-watson-appeal-could-take-months-judgehttps://www.rnz.co.nz/news/national/419995/ben-smart-olivia-hope-and-scott-watson-a-timeline https://www.rnz.co.nz/news/national/485010/hope-smart-murders-sounds-witness-guy-wallace-s-death-was-self-inflicted-coroner-ruleshttps://www.nzherald.co.nz/nz/paul-henry-on-the-ben-smart-olivia-hope-murder-case-scott-watson-and-my-fears-for-justice-our-collective-shame/MNXARCQ6ZJCCRGXMD6EVCJYRUM/https://www.odt.co.nz/news/national/claim-mystery-ketch-identifiedFollow me here:► YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/@SerialNapper/► Twitter - https://twitter.com/serial_napper► Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/serialnappernik/► Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/SerialNapper/► TikTok - https://www.tiktok.com/@serialnappernik Join the Serial Society true crime Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/serialnapperpatronOur Sponsors:* Check out Happy Mammoth and use my code SERIALNAPPER for 15% off today! happymammoth.comAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy

The guard dog's names were most likely Asenath (no R) and Beelzebub (instead of Beezelbub)...

A 52 year old isn't an "old man" - especially if his father's name is Burt Junior!

Some of the more persistent stalkers only see reason if they are being confronted by a large, no nonsense alpha-male type, as ridiculous as it may sound!

You don't need to take your phone apart to reboot 🙄using apps such as WhatsApp or Telegram instead of texting isn't an indicator of shady things per se, it's just cheaper.

Sean's death is eerily similar to the way Rebecca Zahau died - the same BS about a person committing suicide while their arms are immobilized.

Content creators are merely used as an excuse. People would see that more clearly if they'd start to think; there are toddlers who are barely able to string two words together but they will already blame someone else when caught with their hand in a cookie jar! "Slayer" was being used as a scapegoat (could've been "Mayhem" as well) by teenage boys who were, in all likelihood, behaving erratically long before they killed Elyse.

I wish parents would stop making their teenage kids go to rehab just because they smoked some weed - first of all, THC isn't addictive nor is there a need to "detox" your child. All you will accomplish is to destroy any remaining trust your kid had in you...and the fact that they will come in contact with patients who wish to get rid of bona fide addictions to alcohol, opioids or barbiturates. Those are the ones you need to worry about. If you want to experience the feeling of despair because you were the one who is responsible for a potential fateful meeting between your child and a lethal drug, just go ahead. You'll make them jump from the frying pan right into the fire.

While making the registry public may put sexual offenders at risk of being attacked by angry neighbors, the reason behind that anger is understandable - after all, those perps aren't non-violent offenders like thieves, con-men or burglars! It's a difficult question, indeed.

They went without dinner?! Are we supposed to feel sorry for two sisters aged 15 and 16 who were too lazy to cook for themselves? I already did that for my brother and myself when I was 13 because my parents were both working in a hospital with 24/7 shifts.

I know that literally everyone calls this a case of folie à deux but this does not explain how Sabina and Ursula not only survived being hit by a car / jumping from a bridge but they both got up and walked away from it. I am really curious as to how this is possible in the first place.
