Description

Sinners are often people who believe they deserve every little thing they desire, and hurting others along the way…well that’s just road kill.  On a small scale it’s scary, but on the scale these people have done it it’s down right evil.

Preachers, church, your faith are your most trusted source of comfort…but what happens when that world is shattered…

Season 1 of Seven Deadly Sinners took on the world of Televangelists and cultish child sexual predator, Warren Jeffs.

Seasons 2 and 3 of Seven Deadly Sinners, we’re traveling to the depths of hell, expanding our realm and covering Preachers, Cult Leaders and Religious Organizations linked to horrific crimes...and some of these cases involve leaders who kidnap, rape and murder the ones who trust them the most.

What if, after leading you in prayer, he lures to the bedroom.

What it the same preacher who captures your heart, kidnaps your child.

What if, the priest serving you communion used those same hands to dispose of a corpse.

These Preachers committed heinous crimes - right under …your…. nose.. - with a bible next to their bed - and a cross around their neck.

Rachael O’Brien is the host of Seven Deadly Sinners, and she guides you on this hellish journey of deception all under the guise of Faith. Subscribe and listen on @applepodcasts  Now Let’s close our eyes, bow our heads and buckle up.

Rachael travels to Creede, Colorado a cowboy town in the mountains founded in 1892 and comes across a creepy real life encounter tale of a cryptid sighting from a local that happened just south in New Mexico.
There is a cowboy we know, who would prefer to be called a "horseman" that long ago had a criminal past.... his stories are like Hollywood screenplays and most of them you wouldn't believe.... but this one, the tale of a hired hit, where the criminal listened to his conscious and against his better judgement be-friended the target.... this is a story we've been waiting a long time to gain his trust enough to let it be told on the podcast. What a perfect way to re-launch Be Here For Awhile... On The Ranch Seven Deadly Sinners is moving to Patreon! https://www.patreon.com/c/DeadlyPodcast
Live from Rugby Rocks Music Festival, Rachael is fireside with her husband Greg and her summer side kick "Norm" with a live camp fire audience to tell us spooky tales from southern Colorado.

In this explosive episode of Seven Deadly Sinners, we dig into one of the most disturbing and far-reaching criminal conspiracies of our time—the Jeffrey Epstein case. Joining us is acclaimed investigative journalist Nick Bryant, whose groundbreaking work on the Epstein files and the Franklin Scandal has exposed the dark underbelly of elite power and abuse. Bryant takes us deep into the sealed documents, hidden connections, and unspoken truths behind Epstein’s international sex trafficking ring. From the flight logs to the black book, from the political ties to the media silence, this episode sheds light on the people and systems that enabled Epstein for decades—and the survivors still fighting for justice.

In this episode of 7DS, we descend into the icy heart of Alaska to uncover the monstrous double life of Robert Hansen — a baker by day with and deadly obsession to quell by night. Known as the "Butcher Baker," Hansen abducted, tortured, and murdered at least 17 women during a decade-long reign of terror in the 1970s and '80s.
In honor of Game 7 of the NBA Finals we are covering The Malice In The Palace this week. A story of egos, emotion, and chaos when the game turned into a war zone. It started as a routine NBA game… ended as one of the darkest nights in professional sports history. Chairs flew. Fans bled. Reputations shattered. This is the story of the Malice in the Palace… and the deadly sins that fueled it.

In August of 2020 I interviewed Sarah Turney, she is one of the strongest, most level headed and kindest people I've ever spoken to...and that's all in the face of a fight for justice for her sister Alissa Turney. I highly recommend you listen to her podcast "Voices For Justice" all the way through, but listening to this full episode will give you a general background that I hope encourages you to look further into Alissa Turney's life, her disappearance and Michael Turney's bizarre life and transgressions.
On December 8, 1980, the world lost a legend. John Lennon—iconic Beatle, peace activist, and voice of a generation—was shot multiple times outside his New York City apartment in a senseless act of violence. In this episode of Seven Deadly Sinners, we unravel the twisted psychology of his killer, Mark David Chapman, whose obsession with fame and delusion collided in one of the most shocking celebrity murders in history. We explore Lennon’s final days, the eerie premonitions, the haunting symbolism of The Catcher in the Rye, and the dark underbelly of idolatry. This isn't just a story about a murder—it's about the cost of fame, the fragility of peace, and the sinister side of devotion.
Live from the Coke Lot outside of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway - It's part 2 on John Paul Jr & Sr. PLUS the legendary Randy Lanier.
In this high-octane episode of 7DS, we dive into the twisted tale of John Paul Sr.—a world-class race car driver whose life off the track was far more dangerous than anything he faced at 200 mph. From winning Le Mans to running a ruthless drug trafficking empire, Paul Sr.'s checkered flag career took a sinister turn. As his thirst for power, money, and control escalated, so did the bodies and betrayals. And when people close to him started disappearing—including his own wife—the question became not if he was involved, but how far he’d go to stay ahead of the law. Buckle up for a story of speed, scandal, and the deadly sins that drove one man off the rails.
In this gripping episode of Seven Deadly Sinners, we speed into the dangerous intersection of fame, power, and betrayal to uncover the shocking true story of Elmer George — a former race car driver turned IMS radio director — whose life ended in a blaze of gunfire on Memorial Day weekend, 1976. Just hours after the Indianapolis 500, George’s lifeless body was found on a rural Indiana farm, the result of a violent confrontation that left the racing world stunned. Was it a crime of passion, a calculated hit, or a family feud gone fatally wrong? We peel back the layers of a tangled web involving George’s crumbling marriage to Mari George — daughter of Indy racing magnate Tony Hulman — and her secret relationship with Guy Trolinger, the man who would ultimately pull the trigger. Strap in. Oh, and Go Pacers.
In Part 3 Rachael speaks with Maura, a friend and IT investigator who is very familiar with the case, to uncover what happened leading up to the discovery of Rebekah's body 10 months after she went missing.

im sorry but I started listening back when rachel was doing it herself. I prefer that way, her husband cuts her off all the time. it's really just making me not listen when I hear him on the episode. I just stop the episode and go to another one.

giving me flashbacks to the time a tree branch grew into our power line & explosion #1 happened. later, the electric co guys are up in the bucket to fix it & they clamp the insulation too hard & explosion #2 blew the door off of the bucket! luckily the CO guys were ok but holy shit was that a scary reminder of how dangerous electricity can be!

15:19 Finally, I agree with this host on something. I grew up in high desert areas. We had to drive for two hours to buy groceries. Then my dad died, and my mom and I constantly had trouble buying enough food. Wasting of food should be illegal.

Trying to victim blame men is ok? But don't do it to women. I see, double standards much?

Rachel seems to have forgotten how to tell a story with a beginning middle and end. I am so confused what she is trying to cobble together

please be careful you're doing with the rest of the media does and convicting the Mr Allen in the Delphi case before he's even had a chance to go to court.. it's so crazy because 10 years from now you'll be wanting to do a podcast on how an innocent man Mr Allen was convicted but if he's convicted falsely it will be because of people like you convicting him in the media before court even begins

Guy was a fuckin loser. I have never had a girlfriend, but I have a ton of money. The money means books, video games and great food 24/7. Having a girlfriend is overrated.
