Im backkkkk in this episode I discuss how my childhood traumas are coming back to haunt meee lolll nah but my traumas are coming out everyday and Im just forgiving myself because I was young and didnt understand what was going on half the time. Its time to let go tho. Truly let go now
Anxiety came in and disrupted everything honestly and if you don’t become aware it can kill all your dreams
All I’ve ever known was love that I had to earn. I’ve always felt like I had to earn your love by doing something for you or giving you something. Im tryna stay sane but the more I grow the more true colors start to show. Ig buckle up???

Stop trying to hold everybody else hand and walk them through life when you need to be helping yourself. You too busy tryna give everybody else grace and you been giving yourself bs. You matter!! Oh and quit that job you been there too long switch something up you’re stuck in a vicious cycle!!
