Description

Welcome to ShalandaSays where we give you advice on all sorts of topics ranging from relationships to time management, career guidance, and everything in between.

As an executive career coach, I work with individuals in transition from one career to another. This includes military members, military spouses, and employees who want to move their careers to higher levels. I noticed during my days as a therapist that career satisfaction and life satisfaction had a tremendous affect on each other. Therefore, my aim is to coach what we call "the whole person" to greatness.

Listen in as I interview experts every week who share their stories while giving us valuable advice. Please submit your questions to be answered on-air to shalanda@tookeswilderguidance.com with subject line Podcast Question. Thanks for visiting!
