This is the first episode for 2022! Once I get through some of my rambling about being technically challenged, the episode takes a turn towards managing your daily time and energy to ultimately point you in the direction of connecting with your true self and living your REAL purpose. This year is flying by. It's already May. Some goals I set out for myself this year I am on par with schedule but others I have dropped the ball. I acknowledge this but will not beat myself up over it either. It's just NOW time to get moving what has to get done. I already know what I have to do and I am sure if you are experiencing the same or something similar well...You know what to do too! So let's get after it!
You will be amazed at how much time you could save and put towards something pertinent. The hours upon hours spent on our phones, social media, small talk, leisure adds up more than you might think. Time to trim the fat so to speak with where you put your time towards. Also, the importance of good solid integrity. Not just a trait that you exude towards others but to yourself and the powerful impact it will have on you and your community.ย

Break the monotony and mundane routine of your usual daily schedule and patterns. Tired of the same old, same old? I know I am and that's why last night's switching up the gym location reminded and reinforced what I had always known to do. Sometimes we just need to switch things up every so often to create new and exciting experiences and open up possibilities!ย
Today is March 1st, 2021! The goals, visions and or "New Year Resolutions" that you set out for yourself January 1st, are you still on track? How are those coming along? Or have you fallen off already? What's the score? We are now ending the first quarter of this brand new year of 2021 but are already two full months into it. This next 31 days will fly by and then we will be already into the second quarter. If you are on track and are up in the game currently winning if this were a football game then great, keep it going, if not and you are down in the game, down in points, currently losing the game, that's Ok, we have time but we must get moving and score some points before this first quarter ends. 31 days is plenty of time to catch back up, score some points and head into quarter #2 with momentum. Let's do this~
It's ok to emulate and or model yourself after other people, but don't ever copy or try to be anything or anybody but yourself. There is only ONE you that is unique and dynamic so share THAT with the world! And don't worry about how you compare to others in way of your worth and value as you are your own story and and are exactly where you are supposed to be, so OWN it!ย
Running on auto pilot day to day and not acknowledging the things in our lives that if disrupted or taken away have a much more profound effect on us than we'd ever realize until that happens. In this case, living without power and or electricity for a few days, stores, gyms being closed, limited food and water supply, no or super slow internet, no light, etc.....As I experienced this over the past few days during this Texas snow, ice and freeze over, it really focused my attention and perspective on how much I have to be grateful for when things are running as normal and smooth. Something to think about! Be grateful!
Whenever we have disruptions that take our daily routine for a turn or detour, instead of throwing a hissy fit or getting irritated by it, how about looking at it as an opportunity to get after something else that is on your "To Do" or task list and get er done?ย
