Welcome to "She—!" Geared towards young women, "She—" aims to empower young women by sharing the stories and experiences of everyday female leaders. As young women, we don't need to solely look up to prominent figures in media to find a female role model; they are right here in our everyday lives. "She—" is a series of interviews with everyday female leaders in various fields from a multitude of different places. Although these professionals come from very different backgrounds and fields, they all have excellent advice for young women in the process of attaining their education.

Welcome to the very first episode of She—! This episode is an interview with Dr. Amy Hara, a professor of Radiology at Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona. She is a consultant and chair in Mayo's Radiology department, and specializes in GI Radiology. Dr. Hara aims to reduce radiation doses and improve the detection of early treatment response. In this episode, Dr. Hara explains her view on unconscious bias in the workplace, specifically towards women, and how one can be a good leader. 
Welcome to the second episode of She—! This episode is an interview with Linda Park, a corporate lawyer for Edwards Lifesciences in Orange County, California, which specializes in artificial heart valves and hemodynamic monitoring. In this incredibly inspirational interview, from talking about double standards in the workplace to how important it is to have integrity and kindness, Ms. Park gives excellent advice for young women entering today's professional world. 
Welcome to the third episode of She—! This episode is an interview with Dr. Amishi Jha, an associate professor of psychology at the University of Miami. Her research on attention, working memory, and mindfulness has investigated the neural bases of executive functioning and mental training using various cognitive neuroscience techniques. In this educational and inspiring episode, Dr. Jha shares her own experiences and gives advice to young women about the importance of surrounding yourself with a strong community and how to be powerful leader.
Welcome to the fourth episode of She—! This episode is an interview with Azra Kanji, a partner at ABRY Partners in Boston, Massachusetts. As an extremely successful woman in the male-dominated field of private equity, Ms. Kanji has tremendous insight on how to keep pushing and stay true to yourself, especially in a field as challenging as investment banking. Ms. Kanji also articulates the importance of keeping your tenacity and resilience, especially in light of COVID-19.

This episode is interview with the CDC's Division Director for the Division of Human Development and Disability at the National Center on Birth Defects and Developmental Disabilities, Dr. Georgina Peacock. Dr. Peacock directs the CDC’s public health approach, which helps people with disabilities get the most out of life. She is also on the CDC's emergency response team for the COVID-19 pandemic. Her experiences have taught her an incredible amount of health disparities, which she shares with us in this episode.
