Thank you Brittany for this great word of encouragement! I am really frustrated and stressed from struggling with my weight. I fail so many times and when I don't get the results O want in the time I want it to happen in, I somewhat give up and say " What's the use?" That's where I was before hearing your Podcast tonight. I have to be RESILIENT and know who's daughter I am! I'm going to never give up! Thank you so much for doing these podcasts and being so transparent. You have really touched me and given me a whole other outlook on life. I thank you and give all glory and praise to God for you and what He's doing through you. Love you ❤ ❤
