We talked about the impact trauma has on our mental health and the suicidal behaviours that can be identified before its too late. With the staggering growth in suicide in Northern Ireland we can educate ourselves on the steps to take to help prevent it. Parental and education engagement from an early age, having positive role models, looking after your employees and colleagues well being are all vital to supporting and looking out for each other.
