The Caribbean party scene in the United Kingdom has been transformed since the emergence of DJ Shep Beats!
Born on the island of Barbados on September 18th 1983, Duane “Shep Beats” Shepherd moved to London from in 2006. In 2009, he answered a call from leading Caribbean promotion brand, Busspepper, and has since grown from strength to strength displaying his musical ebbs and flows internationally.
He has been seen on-stage at some of the most popular carnival destinations including Trinidad & Tobago, Jamaica, Miami, London’s Notting Hill Carnival and, of course, Crop Over in Barbados!
Shep, as he is more affectionately known, has also graced stages throughout many European destinations such as, Berlin, Cologne and Bonn (Germany), Paris (France), Geneva, Zürich and Lucerne (Switzerland), Barcelona and Blanes (Spain) – to name a few.
