Hello, this week we're doing an episode on the early Irish-Palestine relations.

We've also got an ad for Samaritans early in the episode and you can find out more about volunteering for them at https://www.listening.ie/

Flatley is probably best known for his stage show Lord of the Dance, and his time with Riverdance, but here we talk more about his childhood and his time before world wide fame.
A construction worker, a musician, a lover and a fighter, someone should make a film out of his life. Speaking of films, in 2022 he finally released his long awaited screen debut in the self-funded, self-starring, self-written, self-directed action/thriller/drama/love story, Blackbird.
We'll be covering Blackbird in this week's Shite Talk Film Club over on Headstuff+, so sign up there if you haven't already to hear us and Ireland's go-to movie critic Brian Lloyd go through an instant classic.
