You can receive it all and still feel trapped and still feel your life is going 'round and 'round in one ball of confusion.
There are three things that get you out of the cycle of feeling stuck:
➡️ Opening yourself to the possibility of alternative thinking
➡️ Getting clear on what you want
➡️ Learning the strategies to be consistent on the next level
One of those strategies is putting systems in place to automate what is working. We live in the information age, and there is an abundance of information coming at us all the time.
We have to not only put systems in place but effective systems in our lives leaving us feeling confident on the moves we make. We also must assess those systems and routines to ensure they haven't become dysfunctional.
In this episode of Short, Sweet & Aspired, I breakdown the meaning of systems and routines, share why they are so important, and give strategies to improve systems in your life.
