Ernest goes and attends career day at his youngest daughters school. Thank You to the staff of Tacony School. This week the Sibling Ties crew talk about how kids deal with depression, and how as parents we can stay connected and in line with our kids. The Sibling Ties crew is now going towards interviewing people that deal with depression or people that work to help people that deal with depression contact us for info if interested.
After attending a podcast conference the crew understands that they have to focus there attention in and narrow there audience down in order to have a clear message and be able to come up with informative content. The Sibling Ties crew focus there time and energy into people that deal with depression not to exclude anyone else's mental health issues but in order to specialize in one direction. Ernest and Shambra discuss how dePRESSION is viewed in some urban communities, how it is often looked as something that only women deal with and if a man does suffer from depression he is looked at as weak and soft. Together they try to give examples of what a person that deals with depression goes thru on a daily basis.
