After you update to version 2.18.0, go into the TouchChat settings and enable head pointing. This head pointing feature will only work if you are using an iPad Pro 12.9-inch (3rd generation), iPad Pro 11-inch, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XS, iPhone XR, iPhone X, which all have facial recognition capabilities.
