In today's tea and chat I talk to Jo Blackwell about her experience of menopause and how she has used her experience to help others. We talk about how coaching can help, how being over 45 can be the start of your life and why its important we use the word vagina! 
Another tea and chat with Dr Vicky Lord about all things menopause. Dr Lord has had over 20 years experience as a GP and specialises in Women's Health. She chats to me about the latest treatments available and what to do when you see your GP.
