Trifla had been like an another spice or herb in my home. Trifla is an all rounder herb. As per ayurveda "Sarvendriya indriya nayanam pradhanam" it means that eyes are the most important among all sensory and motor organs. Vision cannot be compensated or replaced if it gets compromised. There are very easy n effective steps given in Ayurveda for eye care which are compatible even in todays scenario. Along with exercises, dietary and other herbal remedies we can ensure healthy eyes and delay degeneration due to delay.
