Szn 2 ep20 We have finally made it to the season finale. Thank you once again for all your support throughout this chaotic season. You are the reason why I maintain to continue this journey. I'm sure you are familiar with the saying "woman to woman" this statement has been used in so many ways. Sometimes within sisterhood, we have these moments where there is this weird distance in our friendships. This distance can sometimes redirect you to have a senseless connection with your friends. This doesn't mean you can't fix your friendship even though that's what it feels like. This means you need to have a woman-to-woman moment with your sister. If you translate woman to woman it means heart to heart Sometimes you have to be able to see that woman's heart as you expose your own. So on today's episode, I would like to ask you are you ready to have a woman-to-woman conversation with me? Despite all of the girl trips, girls' night outs, calls, and text messages it's very important that you still make room for your friendship to grow too. Have you ever had a moment in your life where you just felt like the world was moving without you and you were just watching it spin? (Ep18) Szn 2 ep8 As the holidays are slowly approaching I think its time we talk about that thing that makes us feel butterflies and blush but sometimes causes us pain in a way we sometimes can't even explain. If you guess it that's right today we are talking about love. I already know season 2 did not go as I planned it but as I'm closing season 2 I got a major announcement for the upcoming season 3. From baecations, stay cations, vacations, matching outfits and all. We are all on the road to either be or see those couples with matching outfits. But relationships are so much more than being exclusive in the media. So I thought about how sometimes before we find our person how do we accept someone who is genuine for us especially by unlearning toxic behaviors from our ex's. Are you ready for some girl talk? (Ep 17) Szn 2 Ep 7 Hey sista friend! Whew ya girl is officially done with college can we take a moment to celebrate. I am back and today I was thinking how easy it is to feel invincible in a moment until we have a reality check. Have you ever downplayed yourself because you would rather be safe than sorry? Yeah... me too, So today I thought it was necessary to discuss the topic of mental health and how important it is. What does depression look like? What does depression feel like? if this is a triggering subject I understand feel free to skip this episode. Whew sista friend being a part of this 9-5crew has did something to me I feel like I have transitioned into another dimension. How are you doing on today? (Ep 14) Szn 2 Ep 4 Did someone say Girls Trip?! Wow it seems like its been forever since the last time we talked. Lets catch up because between ya girl sealing an internship-graduating the time flew by so fast! Anyways how are you doing on today I missed y'all per usual as the covid-19 cases are starting to drop and the U.S is preparing for a complete reopening. I know y'all are ready to travel and most likely live out a hotgirl summer. But before you go that far with your friends lets talk about how important baggage claim is. (Ep 13) Szn 2 Ep 3 Happy one-year anniversary to sista.increase! Wow, who would have a thought a year later would be doing a podcast?! I have gotten my life all the way together I am back with a new and improved microphone despite last week. You guys we still need to come up with a name for yall l collectively lol! it's late and obviously, I'm tired from working a full-time job if you have any tips on a balanced life send help and advice. Can we talk about weddings? lIke would you want a private wedding or a public wedding? because Ariana Grande got married and only had 20 people attend. Also, I think it's time we talk about how important it is to have boundaries within friends, spouse, and family it's vital we learn how to set boundaries. So let's talk about it, shall we?? In this episode I have a featured guest joining me by the name of Shalisa she is a good friend of mine. We wanted to talk about the broken trust some of us struggle to heal from. Within any previous friendships or current friendships . Also we wanted to give a huge shoutout to Keonia Rodgers. Keonia Rodgers started a movement called boss up. Within this organization she teaches both women and girls how to be a leader, entrepreneur and most importantly how to extend their experience with other women and girls. No woman or girl should feel left behind.

It’s time we talk about about how it started and how it’s going. Sista Inc.rease is so important without you this sisterhood wouldn’t even exist. I’ve missed you guys so lets catch up.

Did you miss me yet? I missed you guys and its only been a week. As i'm preparing for season 2 I thought about the depths of sometimes not owning our truth can be a restraint. So since I had some downtime I wanted to have a heart to heart moment with you guys before season 2 starts because I will present my truth so you can accept yours. Next season will be full of transparency and vulnerability, but before we get into the depths we first need to address the surface. The word were standing on for 2021 is Heal, and were going to do it together. I will create a statement that renegotiates with both you and me. (Ep. 11) Season finale! It's valentines day week! So happy early Valentines Day! How are you celebrating it during this pandemic? Starting with the topic #gorrilagluegirl we need to help our sis out. But I also wanted to talk to you about how important it is to learn your worth when sometimes we don't feel valued, because its not always easy choosing yourself first. I tried to keep this episode unedited and uncut as much as possible. It has been such a journey of learning with you guys unconditional love and support!
