This weeks episode I talk with Brittany Mascioli on how busy moms can outsource tasks in their business to leave time for family and personal interests. Brittany and I discuss the factors which affect busy moms who are growing a business online. How to balance time while prioritizing family and knowing how to unplug from social media.
Learn more about Brittany Mascioli below
Hi! I am Brittany Mascioli! I am a former Middle School Teacher turned Social Media Manager and Blog Manager. I am a wife, mom, and dog mom! I love to spend time with my family and friends, cooking and baking, traveling, and watching sports!
I started my Virtual Assistant business in July 2022 and niched down to Social Media Management and Blog Management in January 2023.
I help Mom Entrepreneurs by taking their social media management and blogging tasks off of their plate so that they can get back to doing what they are passionate about. When I launched my business, I wanted to create one where I could earn money while also spending time with my son. My mission is to give this opportunity back to other moms!
I currently have two freebies! One is a Blog SEO Checklist and the other one is a “How-To” on how to create your own brand templates instead of using someone else’s. You can find these on my IG page under the link in bio.
Lastly, I am also looking to start my coaching program in the near future! I want to help mothers who are looking to leave their 9-5 jobs and work from home while raising their children and Virtual Assistants who are looking to niche down to Social Media Management! More to come on that! There is a waitlist starting for this program, so if you are interested, send me a DM on IG at @brittany.mascioli and we can discuss this further! I hope to hear from you soon!

If we are lucky, every year another birthday goes by. We have the opportunities to set and accomplish goals. We push through and make it to the other side of difficult periods in our life.
I believe in celebrating oneself. Celebrating the milestone, the hard work, the “I made it to” times in our lives.
On this podcast episode, I sit down with my good friend Enja. We talk about the importance of celebration and what that looks like. We recognized that having large parties aren't everyone's cup of tea and we have thought of some alternatives. What is stopping us from celebrating ourselves more regularly?
