Surrender is a beautiful gift from God. As followers of Christ Jesus, we are called to a life of complete surrender. Surrendering to the leading of the Holy Spirit is vital to the growth of those who walk with Jesus. In the heart of surrender, we can see the heart of God and know His thoughts; it is where we can be truly transformed into the image of Jesus Christ. Surrendering to Jesus Christ is a daily choice that must be made by every believer. This is a decision to die to the flesh, so that Jesus can live through us. It is in our dying that He can live. With no surrender, there will be no transformation. In this conversation, Tatiana and Tamara discuss the importance of living a surrendered life in Jesus and what happens when we truly walk in the ways of the Lord. Surrendering to the leading of the Holy Spirit isn’t always an easy thing to do, but Jesus is worth it. Let us be a people who will remain sensitive to the heart of God, who will move when God says to move, and who will stay still when God tells us to remain still. Repent for the kingdom of God is near! Repentance is a beautiful gift that was given to us by God. It is the key to healing, answered prayers, and restoration. God has promised us all through scriptures that when we humble ourselves, repent, turn away from idols, and seek His face He will not only hear us and forgive us, but in His mercy, He will restore our land and restore us back to Him (2 Chronicles 7:14-16). When we refuse to repent, we put ourselves, family, and nation in a dangerous spot where the enemy can come in to steal, kill, and destroyed anything that is left without the covering of repentance. Repentances keeps our hearts and motives pure, and it keeps our communion with God flowing. In this conversation Tatiana and Tamara discuss the importance of repentance and what happens when we repent. Let us be a people whole will be humble enough to seek the Lord and repent for ourselves, friends, family, and even for our nation! Repent!    **Disclaimer: We forgot to mention the Bible verse , “So stop telling lies. Let us tell our neighbors the truth, for we are all parts of the same body. The parable of the wedding feast (Luke 14:15-24 & Matthew 22:1-14) describes how the Kingdom of God is opened to everyone (those who are called to believe in the Lord). Like a wedding ceremony, it signifies love between two people, however, God’s wedding feast is a symbol of His divine love for us. The church represents the bride of Christ, and the marriage feast represents our union with God. Everyone will have the opportunity to accept Jesus’s wedding invitation. His invitation is believing in who Jesus is and accepting him into your heart. Once we accept His invitation, we are united with our Lord and savior sharing in the same treasure with Christ. In this conversation, Tatiana and Tamara discuss the truth about the Lord’s invitation, which is an honor to sit at His table and feast with Him. We are all invited to sit at His table, the question is are you willing to accept God’s invitation to the wedding feast? As believers, we must accept this invitation if we want to feast with our Lord and Savior. Everyone is invited to the wedding, but not everyone will attend. Let us be a people who will accept and attend the precious invitation of having the privilege of dinning with Jesus!   Key Bible Verses:  ·      Psalms 139:23-24 NLT ·      Romans 12:1-2 NLT ·      Matthew 25:1-13 NLT ·      Luke 14:15-24 NLT ·      2 Peter 3:9-15 NLT ·      Matthew 22:1-14 NLT   Thank you for listening to our show. As temporary residents in this world, we are faced with an inner battle that will always cause us to have friction within. This battle is a battle that every Christian will continue to face here in the land of the living. The good news is that Jesus is an overcomer, which means we can overcome this war too. We have the victory because Jesus has the victory. Do not get weary in wining this war between your flesh and spirit. There are times when it just seems like we can’t get it right, remember that we have God on our side! In this conversation, Tatiana and Tamara discuss the inner struggle we as Christians will face within our journey with God. Even though the inner war can get exhausting, God is with us every step of the way. He holds us by our right hand, and He will not leave us (Isaiah 41:13).  The Holy Spirit is guiding us and reminding us how to remain true to the Word of God moment by moment. As Christians we already have the victory over our inner struggles, we must learn how to yield to the Spirit and start walking in victory. Let’s keep yielding!  Key Bible Verses:  ·      Ephesians 6:10-18 AMP& NLT ·      Matthew 11:28 NLT ·      Philippians 4:6-8 AMP ·      Joshua 1:8 NLT  ·      Romans 7:15-25 NLT ·      Philippians 2:13 NLT ·      1 Peter 2:11-12 NLT   How to win the fight within using the Amour of God: 1.    Belt - Truth  2.    Body Amour – God’s Righteousness 3.    Shoes – Peace 4.    Shield – Faith  5.    Helmet – Salvation  6.    Sword – Word of God    ******Disclaimer****** We do not own any rights over the song "Surrounded (Fight My Battles)" that was mentioned in this episode . What comes to your mind when you think about intimacy with God? Intimacy with God is a beautiful gift to obtain. It is when you truly know the father, His heart, and His will. Intimacy paves a way to familiarity with God, where you start to know His character and His voice. It allows us to know our Father in a deeper way, where our affections for Him grows deeper, our understanding becomes clearer, our devotion becomes singular, and our companionship becomes more dependent on God. It causes us to gain such a confidence in the Lord where our identity in Jesus Christ is truly affirmed and confirmed. In this conversation, Tatiana and Tamara discuss the importance of finding intimacy with God. Sometimes walking in intimacy with God doesn’t look how we expected it to, however we must not ignore the invitation that only comes from the Holy Spirit. God longs to be intimate with us. He longs for us to know His heart and His will, which is available to us through His son Jesus Christ. Let’s accept God’s invitation and walk though intimacy with Him. We will be a people who have been transformed and who truly know our Father in Heaven.     Key Bible Verses:  ·      Hebrews 12:5-9 NLT ·      John 15:4-5 NLT ·      Psalms 139:23-24 NLT      Thank you for listening to our show. 2023 has been a marking year for the body of Christ. It has been a year of deep revelation, growth, pruning, and correction. God has faithfully brought us through all the trials and tribulations that came in the year of 2023. As we enter the New Year, let’s think back on how God has corrected us, trained us, comfort us, talked to us, revealed His glory to us, and all the encounters He allowed us to have with Him. Even though 2023 felt like a difficult year as a body of Christ, let’s give God praise for all that He has done. Instead of looking at the year as a whole, let’s find moments when God was working in us and through us and learn to see how God uses everything for our good. In this conversation, Tatiana and Tamara discuss the importance of reflecting on the year and giving God praise through all things. We must not fail to see how God has brought us through all things. We must continue to be grateful people who always praise God, because God works all things for our good. He wastes nothing. Every good and bad thing that we all have faced is being used for our good. All Glory belongs to our Lord and Savior!  Happy New Year! Key Bible Verses:  ·      John 15:4-5 NLT Thank you for listening to our show. Don’t forget to subscribe, rate, and leave us a review. Do you find yourself making excuses on to why you can’t live a surrendered life to God? Is it because you’re too young, single and want to have fun, or is it because you view Christianity as a married person thing. Christianity isn’t about age, gender, or about your circumstances. The moment you give your life to Jesus and come to the revelation of who he is, living a surrendered life is our privilege. God is worth chasing after. He is worth all of us. It is time for us to stop making excuses and live the life God has called us to live. In this conversation, Tatiana and Tamara discuss the importance of what happens when we make excuses as children of God. Even though we are walking through a season of unseen circumstances, we must not lose sight on the kingdom of God. We must continue to keep our eyes on God and not compromise our faith. The kingdom of God is worth fighting for and it’s time for us to stop making excuses on why we can’t live a surrendered life to God. Thank God, He doesn’t leave us the way we are, He transforms us. Let’s partner up with God and allow His transformational power to work in us.    Key Bible Verses:  ·      Philippians 2:13-16 NLT ·      Matthew 10:8 NLT ·      Galatians 6:2-6 NLT  ·      Psalms 139:23-24 NLT ·      Romans 12:1-2 NLT ·      James 1:14 TPT / MSG ·      Mark 13:33 NLT ·      Matthew 24:42-44 NLT Thank you for listening to our show. Do you feel like you are a person of faith, but find yourself questioning what faith really looks like in your life? Faith is not acquired in the seen, it is acquired in the unseen (Hebrews 11:1-3). Faith isn’t having hopes when things are going well, it’s when your back is up against the wall, and you still have hope that it’s all working out for your good. The Bible clearly states that’s it’s impossible to please God without faith (Hebrews 11:6). There are many examples in the Bible where faith has been demonstrated. What we have learned through the Bible concerning great faith is that it is possible to place our faith in God when it looks like there is no way out. The good news is that great faith is available to us through Jesus Christ. In this conversation, Tatiana and Tamara discuss the truth about faith and what it really looks like in our everyday lives. Even though we believe that God is good, and He works all thing for his glory, we can often struggle to believe that He is working things out for our good too. We must learn what faith truly looks like and how to walk it out daily, even when it feels like we just can’t win. Let’s allow God to increase our capacity to see by faith in the spirit instead of seeing what’s happening in the natural.    Key Bible Verses:  ·      Proverbs 3:5-12 MSG ·      Psalms 84:11 NLT ·      James 1:17 NLT ·      James 1:6-8 NLT ·      Isaiah 55:8-11 MSG ·      1 Corinthians 2:6-16 NLT ·      Psalms 55:22 ESV / NLT     Thank you for listening to our show. Are you walking in a new season that you prayed for and find yourself being burden by it? Every time we walk into a new season a transition takes place, and in that transition the feelings of being overwhelmed or burden can follow. Adjusting to a new season can be difficult, however with God all things are possible. God allows us to move from comfort to an uncomfortable season for our own good. Being in an uncomfortable season is vital for our spiritual growth. It helps us move from drinking milk to eating solid food (Hebrews 5:13-14). Consider it pure joy because in this new season we have an opportunity to learn how to endure (James 1:2-5). If we need help, we can always ask God to guide us through. In this conversation, Tatiana and Tamara discuss the truth about transitioning into a new season and the attacks from the enemy that often follows. Even though walking through a new season is exciting, we must stay alert and keep our minds fixed on God and His Kingdom. We must learn how to decern the enemies attack and give ourselves grace while we transition and adjust in this new season. God’s grace is enough, and He knows that this is all new to us. Let’s continue to keep God in our hearts and allow Him to show us how to navigate this transition.      Key Bible Verses:  ·      Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 NLT ·      John 15:4 NLT & AMPC ·      Luke 12:48 NLT ·      Matthew 26:10 NLT ·      1 Peter 5:6-10 NLT ·      Nehemiah 8:10 NLT ·      James 1:5 NLT     Thank you for listening to our show. Do you often struggle with the thought of, “I sinned, am I still saved?”. When we first come to Christ we might still struggle with sins from our lives before Christ, however that does not mean that salvation haven’t hit our hearts. It just means that God is going to work through us and in us to transform us into who He has called us to be. In reality, after we are saved, we might still struggle with certain things from our past. To overcome sin in our lives, we must give it to God and allow Him to help us change the way we live. In this conversation, Tatiana and Tamara discuss the truth about our salvation and how to overcome questioning what Jesus did on the cross for us all. Even though we might struggle with believing that we are saved due to our shortcomings, we can rest in knowing that Jesus died for all our shortcomings. We have the power to overcome our sins with the help of the Holy Spirit. God promised to walk with us though our valleys and through our mountain tops. If we have declared that Jesus is Lord and believe in our hearts that God has risen him up from the dead we are saved; however, we must continue to work it out daily. Let’s continue to nail our sinful desires to the cross and allow God to prune us into the image of His son, Jesus.   Key Bible Verses:  ·      Romans 6:6-14 NLT ·      1 Corinthians 10:13 ESV ·      James 1:12-15 NLT ·      Philippians 3:13-14 NLT o   “Brothers, I do not consider that I have made it my own. But one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.”   Thank you for listening to our show. The wilderness is a season where believers will experience testing, trials, spiritual attack, and even isolation. As children of God, we cannot escape the wilderness, however we can rest in knowing that any weapons that are formed against us, it will not prosper. Believe it or not, the wilderness season has some benefits. One of those benefits is having a deeper encounter with God. The wilderness is a place where God will speak to His people and reveal His glory to them. We will learn how to walk each day with dependency on God. In the desolate pit of the wilderness, God’s voice will become crisp, we will grow deeper as children of God, our hearts will turn, and our thoughts will become pure, and we will learn how to wage war. In this conversation, Tatiana and Tamara discuss the significance of the wilderness and what often happens while we are walking through the desolate paths in the wilderness. Even though the wilderness can be unpleasant at times, God promised to be with us. He promised that He will never forsake us nor leave us. The wilderness is meant to test us, and with testing comes a deeper revelation of God. Let’s continue to devote our lives to God and allow Him to strength us during our wilderness season.    Key Bible Verses:  ·      Luke 1:80 NLT ·      Matthew 4:1-11 NLT ·      Exodus 19:1-18 NLT ·      Deuteronomy 8:2-5 NLT   Thank you for listening to our show. God cares about every detail in our lives! Often in our walk with God, we tend to look for Him in the bigger moments in our lives. We are accustomed to only seeing Him move during the big parts. Is the Holy Spirit leading you or your emotions? This question should be asked every time we are feeling led to do something. It is important that we take notice of who or what us leading us. We are creatures of influence, and we must be influenced by the Holy Spirit alone. The Holy Spirit is a wonderful gift from God. God has given us the Holy Spirit to help guide and lead us within every step of our lives. He is meant to influence our every decision. We are able do the things that God has called us to do because of the work of Holy Spirit in our lives. Our emotions are a wonderful gift from God; however, we must steward our emotions and learn how to not operate from them. The good news is that our emotions can help us acknowledge where we are in our walk with God. It can help reveal the areas in our lives that don’t glorify God. Our emotions can harm others, cause others to fall, and even show others a false representation of our Heavenly Father. In this conversation, Tatiana and Tamara discuss the significance of knowing the source of our emotions and how not to harm others or ourselves with our emotions. Jesus displayed his emotions all throughout scripture, however he didn’t allow his emotions to lead him or to destroy him. As we continue to seek God, let’s allow Him to be the Lord of our emotions.      Key Bible Verses:  ·      Ephesians 4:29 TPT ·      Proverbs 12:18 TPT ·      Romans 6:12-16 NLT ·      Matthew 11:28 MSG ·      1 Corinthians 10:13 TPT ·      1 Peter 2:12 TPT     Thank you for listening to our show. Being single can be difficult at times, especially when you are battling the feelings of loneliness and a deep desire for marriage. It is not a bad thing to desire marriage as a single person; however, we must remind ourselves that singleness is a good gift from our Heavenly Father. In the seasons of singleness, God is working in us, through us, and around us. He is exposing our hearts and preparing us for what He has for us, whether it is a spouse or a purpose. He will finish what He started in us. Let’s fight against sitting back and waiting on our spouses to arrive. Let’s posture our hearts with gladness, patiently wait on the Lord, walk in our God purpose, and strengthen our intimacy with God while we wait on God’s promises to come to pass. It is in the waiting where we will come to know God’s heart and will for our lives. In this conversation, Tatiana and Tamara discuss the importance of singleness and how we all can utilize our time as singles. Just because we are single now, does not mean that we should wait without joy in our hearts. “Well done my good and faithful servant”, are the words that we as believers are all eager to hear at the end of our race. Depending on how we feel or the mistakes we keep on making, it can feel like an impossible task to reach. We are all set out to run our own race at our own pace. God has assigned us a specific mission, however what happens when that mission seems unattainable? When it feels like we can’t get it right, we tend to fall back into old sin. Eventually, we will start to lose hope and believe that we are withdrawn from our race. Remember, we still have our race to run. God’s hands are opened wide cheering for us to get back up and to continue to run our race. In this conversation, Tatiana and Tamara discuss the importance of recognizing that we are all still in our race, regardless of how we feel or the mistakes that happened along the way. As we continue to run, we can trust that God will guide and corrects us even when it seems like we can’t get it right. Knowing our next steps is essential when it comes to our future and purpose. It can help us navigate through our lives and it can help keep us on track. What happens when the next steps are uncertain? The fear of the unknown can cause us to doubt God’s plans for our lives. It can leave us crippled, isolated, and even cause us to make wrong choices, while we wait on God’s instructions. Lack of trust in God during times of uncertainty can leave us at the risk of moving ahead of God. It is vital for us to remain in God while we wait for His directions. We all will have seasons in our lives when we do not know what to do, what God is doing, or even what our next steps are, however that does not mean that God doesn’t have a plan for our lives. We must stand firm on God’s promises and fight for our faith. In this conversation, Tatiana and Tamara discuss how to navigate life when the next steps seem unclear. We can learn to acknowledge that there will be times when we do not know what our next steps are, but during that time we will remain hopeful that God has our future in His hands. We all want to feel worthy, valued, and enough. We fight daily to combat the feelings of unworthiness; however, we tend to forget who our identity is anchored in. Unworthiness can cause us to walk in low self-esteem, unmotivated, settle, and it can even cause us to neglect our purpose and dreams. As we approach the holiday season, we often battle the feelings of unworthiness because of unmet goals and bruised expectation for the end of the year. Anxiety is the feeling of worry, unease, or even nervousness. It can happen leading up to an event or when we are unsure of the future outcome. We all have or will face anxiety at some point of our lives, however that does not mean that we should allow it to shrink our view on God’s sovereignty. Anxiety can modify our godly perspective and pull us away from God. It can cause us to walk in fear and walk in an anxious state of mind. As children of God, we are called to walk in power, love, and to have a sound mind. In this conversation, Tatiana and Tamara discuss reasons why we may experience anxiety and how gratitude can become an antidote to anxiety. We can continue to learn how-to walk-in gratitude towards the Lord, even though the world around us is trying to take us out. Joy, peace, and having a balanced mind is available to you today. Put your thankfulness in God. Practical Tips: 1.  Work out 2.  Have a sleep schedule that works for you. 3.  Eat adequate meals a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, fruits & vegetables). 4.  Drink more water and not caffeine. Caffeine will make you jittery. 5.  Go for a walk outside for fresh air. 6.  Put up boundaries (example: stay off social media or limit your time on social media to reduce comparison). 7.  Find things that you are truly grateful for, that will help change your perspective and allow you to see what you do have.
