Foods. Certain foods can be a huge contributing factor to breakouts too-depending on the gut health of the individual. When face mapping you can tell if the small or large intestin is angry. I just learned about a type of acupuncture that can identify foods that the individual can tolerate and breakdown. Very interesting. I would love to hear your take on this! :)
