This week we take a look at some of the NHL GM's proposed rule changes. We are starting to get excited for the Blue Jays' season opener and discuss our thoughts on Jose Berrios getting to start off the season. Cap it all off with our F1 highlights ranging from Oliver Bearman's debut success to Valtteri Bottas' acting career.
What else would we talk about following International Women's Day other than the PWHL and incredible female athletes like Caitlin Clark! Listen for our take on the PWHL playoff format and some initial takes on the Blue Jays in spring training.
We wouldn't be a sports podcast if we didn't talk about the Super Bowl right?? Listen for our thoughts on the broadcasts, half-time and overtime strategies. We also take time to discuss initial thoughts on Formula 1 liveries and once again give a shout out to the NASCAR docuseries.

Hockey is back! We are very excited to discuss our thoughts on the start of the season and give our predictions for how this year will shape up. We also spend some time reviewing the Formula 1 race in Qatar, the WNBA finals and the MLB playoffs.
