Totally agree about sleep. I know when I've had a bad night with the baby all I want is chocolate and sugar and I just feel hungry all the time. The struggle is trying to deal with that and not let it affect my weight loss

So glad I stumbled on this podcast, just what I needed when I'm struggling a little bit at the moment. Being a couple of pounds away from target, a lucky position to be in I know, has been the hardest for me, I've lost that focus I had when I had much more weight to loose.
