The summer step challenge is back! Join us as we aim to walk 150,000 steps over August. On average that works out less than 5,000 steps a day.
Anybody can enter, any level of fitness or from any starting base. And if it's a little easy for you, then why not challenge yourself further - can you add some different terrain? Big hills? Carrying a full rucksack?

Totally agree about sleep. I know when I've had a bad night with the baby all I want is chocolate and sugar and I just feel hungry all the time. The struggle is trying to deal with that and not let it affect my weight loss
So glad I stumbled on this podcast, just what I needed when I'm struggling a little bit at the moment. Being a couple of pounds away from target, a lucky position to be in I know, has been the hardest for me, I've lost that focus I had when I had much more weight to loose. Listening to you both is the inspiration I need
