Dusty and Scot get a chance to talk to someone whom, if you do not already know by name, you certainly know his work. Andy Blackmore is a vehicle designer turned livery specialist; the mastermind behind spotterguides.com. He’s also the one responsible for countless liveries in Formula Drift, FIA WEC, and IMSA. We discuss Andy’s inspiration, the thinking behind his work in livery design, and what made him transition from vehicle design to livery design. This excellent conversation gets down below the clear coat and really hashes out all that goes into the beautiful race cars we’ve come to know and love today.

We've got a special show this week - a round table discussion focused on cockpit safety in open wheel racing. Dusty is joined by fan, Ben Wedge; Engineer, Jeff Berger; from the Motorsport Safety Foundation, Scot Elkins; from the X1 Group, Mike Earle; and driver, John Andretti. The group discusses where the sport is headed from their unique perspectives as we hash out what to do about cockpit safety.
We've got a great show for you this week to celebrate our half-way to 100 episode! Aaron talks sim racing with Matt O'Donnell, aka True_Racer on Twitch and YouTube. Dusty drinks a win, and we prepare for Formula E.
Aaron and Dusty aren't quite done sharing all the great conversation that occurred at Petit Le Mans. We sat down with Jon Mirachi, Team Owner/Manager of Racers Edge Motorsports. They most recently fielded two Ford Mustang Boss 302R in IMSA's Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge. For 2016, the team will field the eye-catching SIN R1 GT4 race car in Pirelli World Challenge's GTS class. Not only will the team be racing the sharp new machinery, they will be the North American distributor for the race car, support, and eventually the road going vehicle.
We're an hour into Petit Le Mans, and the No. 45 Flying Lizard Audi R8 currently sits in seventh place with Guy Cosmo just handing the car over to Colin Thompson. It's not too late to find out how Cosmo, Thompson, and Robert Thorne prepare for the race in the fourth episode of Slipstream OnTrack from Road America.
