In this concluding episode, the most damning evidence of all comes from none other than Michael Mackay's very own father. There will also be a bonus episode released in two weeks, where I interview not only the attorneys that plan to prosecute Mackay's felony which could potentially put him away for 30 years. I also follow up with Legacy Granite, who, as you might recall, recommended Michael Mackay to Nicol, the woman he later victimized.

Witnesses start revealing somewhat conflicting stories concerning the Ohio-Florida connections, and who might be holding onto the money, which further reveals a nuclear level detonation that turns the entire story on its head.

Discovering some troubling new details of the case, the similarities between two Pensacola fraudsters reveal a pattern that leads all the way back to Ohio - and to a scam that traipses into the MILLIONS of dollars. Keep in mind that this episode was broken up into two parts. So, the next one will be coming out on Tuesday, July 26.

The spectacular gal in this episode is another of Robert Stoll's victims that refused to wear the title of victim. She fought back and counted herself as one of the victors of justice. Fun fact: Stoll's conviction came on Edie's birthday. What a gift in an otherwise terrible story of fraud that befell her and at least 15 other targets in the Florida panhandle. Like, why would he do this, what were his motivations, and how could he get away with it for so long. She also detailed the fateful day that he was arrested, claiming, among other things, that the officers turned off their cameras and lied to her in order to get her to comply and tack on additional charges on Stoll. These charges, she says, were intended to keep him from getting a bond for release. This one factor had Stoll sitting in jail for nearly two years awaiting trial. Through not one but two separate interviews, Michael Mackay's and Robert Stoll's former landlord details the "act of God" it took to get them out of the warehouse she rented to them. She also describes how, if you're a con willing to abuse Florida's rental laws, you can basically live rent free for indefinitely, eluding to the notion that, in addition to scamming the residents of Gulf Breeze and Pensacola, they also allegedly scammed their renters. Today's talk is with the prosecutor who locked in an impressive conviction for Robert Stoll. His sentence didn't just include 10 years for felony racketeering. It also included 25 years of probation along with an order of restitution for his victims. Albeit, this will be after he's served at least 80% of his time, per Florida's penal code. And even then, due to the vast number of victims, they really won't get much per month. But it's still a slam dunk by anyone's standards.
