Stephen talks with Melissa Oliver, Occupational Therapist and Program Coordinator the Assistive Technology Program at the Veterans’ Administration’s Central Virginia Health Care System, in Richmond. Melissa explains why smart home tech is a game-changer for our nation’s defenders.
