Generation Gap is nothing new...it always existed and it will always exist as parents will always be senior to their children. Previously, it was not very apparent as the times were moving at a slower pace. Now, times are almost racing ahead. It is as difficult for children as it is for parents. In this episode I have shared 3 main reasons for the gap: busy life style, early exposure to information technology, and virtual life. Basically very limited interpersonal interaction. If there is a problem there is a solution too...three solutions are: quality personal time, effort to understand the aspirations and points of view, and be a partner in their journey to grow.
