Guest Adam Myers knows a few things about Hasty Bakes. From first experiencing the HB flavor on hot links cooked dockside on a portable model, to working for the company for the better part of 2 decades, he's built, refurbished, tested, and cooked on almost every model ever made. Grant Hastings, the founder of Hasty Bake, was a personal mentor, and Adam's cooking skills and style were heavily influenced by Grant's advice. If the story stopped there, it would be a good one. But it doesn't. Branching out, he cooked occasional catering gigs, then operated a small food trailer. Tulsa instantly fell in love Myers' BurnCo BBQ, and it has since become the city's most popular BBQ destination, cooking everything (and we mean EVERYTHING) entirely on Hasty Bake grills. There's really no one else who deserves the honor of kicking off the Smoke Bake Sear Podcast, then Adam Myers.
